How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

It's clean, has parking, modern kitchen and nice bathroom. We visited Triglav national park and lake Bohinj from there with a car, they are nearby

1. the internet was not working so they gave us the password of the wifi of the flat nezt to us which was very difficult to connect with because the signal was very weak. Most of the time we didn't have internet. 2. The pillows are horrible, please change them, but the beds themselves are very comfy. 3. The bed in the small room would be great if it can be a double bed. but still i would definitely book this place again if i visited the area.
The flat is in a gated property easy to find. It was very clean and had all the amenities that one can hope for (cups plates, coffee machine etc). the living area is spacious and has a TV. The rooms and beds were comfy. One roo m had three sigle beds and one smaller room has one single bed. Getting there was easy and check in was very easy, the hosting agency gives you very helpful instructions and they have a 24 hr helpine wich is always answered by helpful staff. The only thing you need to pay attention to is that the place is not close to lake bled and all the attractions around it UNLESS you have a car. Getting around from there to where the action is, would be very difficult if you use public transport. We had a car so it was only a 5 min drive to everything. As a plus there is a supermarket right next to the property and also a Lidl and Spar and Mcdonalds nearby.

Mattress in double bed was absolutelly horrible :-( There was a lot of traffic in front of the house so it was bit noisy when open windows in the afternoon.
Very nice and clean appartment, great kitchen with all you need in. Shop with food in next door. Nice gift was waiting on the table.

There is no view at all from any of the rooms and it’s very close to the supermarket, which is really convenient for shopping but a bit noisy in the morning.
Cuckoo’s Nest is a well-equipped and comfortable base from which to explore the local area. It’s well-placed for train and bus routes and really easy to access many hiking routes from here.

The shower head was a waist level and made it difficult to shower.

Since I was staying with my friend and her son. The second bedroom only had a garment rack so I did have to go to the local Tedi and buy a few storage cubes and extra hangers to put my clothes away since I was staying on the property for a whole week.
The apartment was nice and cozy. It was big enough for us. Everything was clean. It had all of the things coffee maker, kettle, microwave, stove, oven etc. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials you need to cook a meal. The bedroom with the double bed had a nice wall unit for storage. The apartment was close to everything 7 min drive to Bled. 3 min. drive to the shopping plaza and market right next door. There was a restaurants within 10 mins of walking.

Put fans in the rooms so you can shut the windows at night when the grocery store, located behind the apartment, deliveries arrive early in the morning

There were only too few pots, dishes, forks and so on. Moreover there wasn't ad hager for the washed clothes of the washmachine: it makes the washmachine unusefull.
It was clean with parking and other facilitisies.

Location was about an hour walk from the Lake Bled, which for us was very inconvenient. The shuttle buses that left from outside the train station were unreliable if trying to get to Bled. But apartment was close to supermarket which was helpful!
Really spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bottle of wine and biscuits on arrival were a nice touch !

With it being a newly refurbished property, there were a couple of teething problems but these were immediately resolved.
Newly refurbed. Great parking. Great location for a trip to Bled, Bohinj and Ljubljana.
