Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SloveniaThe heating radiator has problems sometimes, it had some noise, and off randomly, that the temperature of the room not very stable, sometimes warm but sometimes not enough, other than that, everything is good in the room.
The staffs in the restaurant and reception are nice, they are helpful. The room is good for the couple or with kids, the view and spa tub inside the room is great too. There are lots of parking for free. In the toilet, there is heating on the ground, that we appreciate it.

AustriaHowever, the price is not really low, for a city like Maribor, and for a room far from the city center. But what I didn't like the most was the misunderstanding with the receptionist, i.e. the waitress, even though we talked on the phone before, that the room is for 3 people and I need an extra room for a 7-year-old child. And another problem, there was a jacuzzi in the room, which we managed to fill after 2 hours, because there was no hot water, there was also no hot water for the shower, the water came out periodically.
Quiet place, away from city center, big enough family room.

North MacedoniaThis is more suggestion than critique but I think that it would be really pleasant if they put some mini bar/kitchenette with small coffee machine in the room so you could prepare coffee or tea in the room because is quite wonderful to drink you morning drink and look at the mountain.
Room was spacious and it has all basic facilitates. The building was very clean and quiet (maybe because we were the only quests). The view from the room was really nice toward Pohorje and people in the restaurant were really kind.

CroatiaEven though I had confirmation for room upgrade, people at the reception weren't notified, but we managed to find the info and to get the wanted room. I missed instructions on how to turn on the jaccuzzi in the room. We had some thinking before managing to turn it on. The room didn't have hair-drier and one of the night lamps didst have light bulb. TV remote wasn't working. I suppose they have a floor heating, but it still wasn't on so the AC did its job, but this made floor a bit cold due to the floor tiled (because of jaccuzzi in the room).
Great breakfast, nice place, close to the city, but already on the outskirts near the mountain. Very close to go hiking, trailing, biking or skiing. Peaceful setting. Big room. Nice jaccuzzi, enough towels. Very clean. Hospitable stuff.

SloveniaWe didn't like the cynical and condescending way the staff talked to us when we approached them about the dirty, messy and used room they had for us. We got a used room with unmade bed and towels thrown all around the bathroom floor. The second room that they put us in was generally OK but had unfunctional Jacuzzi that nobody setup for us. In the bathroom drawer was a used razor and the drains smelled like sewage water. The room did not match what was promised in the description and had a lot of missing items , if you want the bare minimum - a clean and good room you won't get that here. Since this was our wedding night we were already tired and did not call a fourth time since each time we called we had the most unpleasant interaction with the staff we ever experienced. When checking out we wanted to talk to a manager who was not present and after asking for a contact and after writing a email we received no answers, compensation or even a apology.
The thing we liked the most was checking out since this was the most unpleasant stay of our lifetime. It was so bad, I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible, so I give you a one.
