The room was very cramped. No ventilation or fans. All lockers were being used and there weren't enough for the amount of beds/guests. No outlets in sight for charging devices, apart from one behind the bed frame which was out of reach. The shower drain was just an open hole and was blocked, so the water just kept rising until the whole bathroom flooded. The hostel is situated high up in the hills, so be prepared for a steep climb, if coming from the beach.

The hostel was quite cozy. I only stayed for one night so can't really comment on the kitchen and lounge facilities. The shower water pressure was nice and hot. I didn't get to meet the staff as I checked in late and out early, but they have arranged key collection after hours for me.

It was lucky that on arrival a member of staff was just about to go and clean something, so I was able to catch them to check in. Otherwise I saw no staff at all the rest of the trip! Who knows how long I could have been waiting! So not a problem for me, but could be for others. There were a lot of rules listed, all with penalties associated. It felt a little restrictive. Small note: property is at high altitude so if you are walking be sure you are happy for a steep climb! None of these are major problems and I would definitely stay again!

Hostel was pleasant and air conditioning was greatly appreciated. Check in was easy and room was nice (slightly over equipped for a solo traveller as it was a private room with 4 beds!) Facilities on every floor seemed clean and no issues with overcrowding/waiting! Because property was halfway between Piran and Portoroz (with Strunjan close by too) it was excellent for going exploring, and there was always a simple route back!

It was very hot in the room and there was no possibility of darkening the caravan which seemed to us a little bit of lacking privacy. The room was not very clean either. The cost was too much compared to the quality.

The caravan "room" was very unique and the garden had a nice atmosphere. The location was quite okay in the middle of Portorož and Piran.

Private bathroom was advertised for the stay in the caravan while there was only private toilet and no shower. The public showers were not so great - one of the two showers had a clogged drain and was full of stale water.

The garden was nice with the possibility to sit outside in the evening and in the morning. Lots of space in several fridges.

The caravan were fun but with the summer heat we were extremely warm (thankfully there was a little fan). The staff were not welcoming, just the bare minimum, took our passport and payment, a bit of a shame.

Equipment of the caravans is very basic and you really have to get along very well with your roommate since the space inside the caravan is quite limited. With a few easy changes the kitchen would have been of much more use (like e.g. a working toaster). Unfortunately there has been a construction site right next to the caravan which was very noisy from 8 o'clock in the morning.

Lovely painted and decorated caravans in beautiful garden with colourful light in the evening. Comfortable beds! As a guest of the caravans you can also use the sanitary facilities, kitchen and common space of the hostel. There is a parking space right next to the building. To Piran it is half an hour by foot.

When I arrived there was no one for the check in, though I wrote on the Booking app before about my arrival time (got no answer). The people on the phone were polite and kind but I still had to wait about 20 minutes to check in. There is not enough parking spaces in the hostel and it is not possible to park around, one night I was able to, the second one I had to pay for parking which was quite expensive. The hostel is right on the street which made it loud. The rooms are basic at most, beds were decent, bathrooms very small and without any comfort. No particular atmosphere. I am adaptable and in the end did not have a bad time, but if you are looking for a charmant or fun place it is better to look elsewhere.

Prices were crazy this season so booking last minute the main advantage of this place was being comparatively cheap, (though still too high for what it offered, in my opinion). I liked the location in walking distance to Piran center (the walk itself was also quite nice, with panoramic view of the bay and then the city), it takes about 15 minutes.

There wasn't as much privacy in the caravans as it didn't have curtains on the not blinded windows. The shower in caravan splashes water everywhere.

The caravans are very cute. A lot of fridges for the hostel in the shared kitchen. Garden has a lot of space for chilling there as well.

Bit soulless. Noisy groups of lads meant we didn’t get a lot of sleep. Shower didn’t drain so overflowed after 2 person used it. Got blocked in by inconsiderate parking.
