Airconditioning didn’t work, even if we mentioned it to staff and we were told multiple excuses going from ‘this is how it’s supposed to be’ to ‘you need to keep windows closed’ (which we did). It was hot as hell during the night. Breakfast was very poor. I don’t understand the reviews where it says the breakfast is good. Just to be clear, having a full English breakfast doesn’t mean that’s it’s good. Nothing is fresh, very poor food quality. No fresh juice.

It’s in the middle of some kind of sports centre. A bit strange but ok. Rooms look good.

The shared reception in a two star hotel adjacent to the WUD seemed to drag it down a bit and this was also where the breakfast was served. The external lock on the door did not seem to work after dusk and the air conditioning did not work and it was too late to alert reception as this closes at 11pm. Breakfast was a bit plastic with little fresh fruit and fake juice but lots of cereals and cakes and biscuits.

Nicely furnished rooms. Clean, modern bathrooms. Decent kitchenette. Efficient staff.

The poor attidute of management. Not being given accees to the room having to get a taxi to another hotel and then being charged for the experience. What a hotel. I arrived at this hotel at 2. 30in the morning exhausted. As a world traveller i have experienced a lot but this place is special not in a goid way. After collecting the keys and going into the hotel with WUD written very clearly outside i tried to open the door the keys did not work. I unintentionally woke other guests who then tried to help me. I tried to call all numbers provided to no avail no answer. I had no choice but to ring other hotels and call a taxi and leave. I was charged for this nightmare by this hotel. Despite telling them very clearly my card and account were not to be touched. I have travelled the world use Booking all the time and i have never encountered anything like this. Despite the manager saying he got no calls yet he said he seen me on camera trying to make calls. I was told i was in the wrong hotel. WUD was very clearly written on the outside.. My advice steer well clear of this place

It would have bern nice to be given keys to the hotel that actually work at 2.30 in the morning. There is no customer service and absolutely no communication at this hotel. One of the worst most shocking experiences of my life and i have travelled the world.

Service was extremely poor. Our AC did not work in our room. I went to inform the front desk, and they told us that it was not working properly. However, nothing could be done until Monday (it was Saturday). They just told us to open the window. I asked for a fan, they told us they did not have one! That was it. No offer to change the room, a refund or even a water to keep us cool. We literally had to keep the window open in the middle of the summer, which did not do anything anyways. It was disappointing considering that we payed for the room with the AC.

The hotel is new and have nice amenities.

The room was very hot (I'd say about 25° or more) even when there was like 13° outside and we set the temperature to 12°, we ended up opening the windows in the middle of the night. Also the reception, breakfast and all common areas are in a separate building, not very practical if it's cold or raining.

Nice room, staff very helpful and friendly. Very practical with the toilet room independent from the sinks.

The reception is at the adjacent building, the window opens to a park where cars and people goes by (no privacy) and the room was too hot, we couldn't adjust the temperature.

Absolutely crazy design of the rooms - one has the bathroom/sinks in the open area of the room opposite the bed. Very, very disturbing to sleep and feel in the room. In the room, there are no small, yet usable amenities, such as hot water kettle, glasses, etc.

Those are two hotels in a sports area, basically designated to hosting sports teams for some events. Spacious rooms, a bit too soft beds, for my taste. The bike rental for free, as a guest of the hotel I admire.

The smell of the sewage from the shower drain very bad that you cannot sleep all night . The room is in the ground floor . The air conditioner doesn’t work at all and temperature outside is very hot.

I booked this hotel for my parents and my sister. One bed in their room had dirty bed sheets . Someone slept there the night before and they didn't change it. They called the reception and they said that they will send someone to change it, but that didn't happened. They called the reception again but no one answered the phone and also no one was there. It is very dissapointing that you have to spend your night and get rest in bed that someone else was in .
