Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyThe location was good. It was clean and tidy.. They named the rooms with Hollywood artists.. Like Marlon Brando, Leonardo Di Caprio etc. You have to collect your key from different hotel (Metropolitan Star hotel) and need to walk 4-5 mins with your luggages.. They charged for breakfast extra 18 ⍷ for children and it was not so good.. There is no elevator and you have to carry your luggages up to the 3rd floor..

United KingdomCheck in is done in another building 5 minutes away, and breakfast also takes place there, which is a bit of an unexpected nuisance; the heating in the room was a bit weak and there was no way of raising it; the double bed was made of two single beds which was not too comfortable.

SerbiaIn the room we were in, there was a classic wardrobe for clothes. Instead, there is space for hanging clothes. This is not a surprise because it was clear from the photos what the contents of the room were.
Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Quite a good breakfast. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are named after movie stars.

United KingdomI wasn't aware beforehand but the reception for the hotel is now at another apart-hotel around the corner. Not such a big deal to walk there to check in and then back again, just slightly annoying with lots of bags etc.
I booked a single room, but after I'd checked in, received the keys and walked back over to the property, I realised I'd been upgraded to a huge suite. The room felt like it had been recently renovated and was incredibly cosy and comfortable.

Czech Republicmy room was the first room above the staircase and you can literally hear every step :D super noise, very low sound protection form the hotel and also from the street. bring earbuds :D but this is the biggest issue in every hotel in Bratislava I have ever been to.
Delux room - super spacy room and bathroom, very comfortable bed (two separated mattress), location is good. check-in and bf in 5min walking distance at the hotel

United KingdomThere was no information at all inside the room such as the wifi code or information about how to check out (where to leave the key) etc, this was after I'd had to go to another location to even get the key to check in, made things a little challenging I stayed in room 7, "Tom Cruise" room (all the rooms were named after actors) and the bed was Tom Cruise size (short) Also had problems opening front door of building, i spent 10 mins waving the key fob at the lock, thought it was broken (turns out, the lower part of lock is where you need to wave it)
Bathroom was enormous and modern, room was clean and relatively quiet, (no TV) bed small (I was in "tom cruise" room no 7)
