Room's door was directly in the Breakfast room. So it was very loud

The walls between rooms were thin and you could the neighbours during the night. The bath had a hand-held shower only. The curtains in the bedroom were not blockout.

Very modern and secure. Located next to Bratislava’s “second” railway station with quick connections to Vienna. Buses out front to the city. Reception was well staffed and helpful.

Very noisy street outside (cars with high speed) - if you open windows, you would probably not sleep and if you close them and use A/C, you still hear the noise... consider this if you are sensible for outside noise or try to get room with windows on other side.

Good location with ~15 mins walk from main sites, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, rooms are new and comfortable with everything needed there. Great to have free welcoming drink! :)

The trains are but noisy at night but nothing unbearable. The bed was a bit hard to our liking but that is personal preference.

Very clean room, amazing communication and friendly staff. We enjoyed the breakfast and our daughter loved the view on train station. Great gym as well.

The entire experience from check in, condition of the room and its facilities, complementary services, staff service and the location to the public transport was perfect. I would not chose another place if I return to Bratislava.

Staff was over the top accommodating - so nice, enthusiastic about our stay in Bratislava with recommendations and all, and complimentary drinks. Public transit to old town was convenient

Spotlessly clean, modern room. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff who did more than we could have asked to help us solve a problem. Though just outside town, there's a bus stop nearby with frequent buses into the centre (4 stops away).

There is no courtain or panel in the bathroom to prevent the bathroom from getting wet when taking a shower.

It can get noisy in the morning while the breakfast area is prepared, if a room is close to that area. Mini bar could have one more beer :)

Clean and comfy room. Very polite and helpful staff. Modern design. Easy to get to from the highway. Free parking upon reservation. Tea and coffee available free of charge. Mini bar is included in the price.

OUR mistake was to think we’d booked accommodation close by the main station in Bratislava - instead we’d booked close to a station further out. We were advised to take a taxi into town as walking in isn’t easy. Our balcony view was over the station, but it wasn’t too noisy, fortunately. However, that was not the hotel’s fault - we booked in haste.

Good, functional accommodation. Useful stopover hotel, if you don’t mind being outside the city centre. Clean and well equipped. Helpful & informative staff. Good breakfast. Access to the kitchen for hot drinks. Free mini bar & welcome drinks. Fast check-in.
