Lovely breakfast, various and tasty. Bedsheets and towels. Quiet and peaceful place with a possibility to meet other people and spent a pleasant evening. Comfy beds. Magnificent view!

It isn't cheap but definitely worth splashing out for two nights.

First of all, the reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. I arrived exhausted and asked about changing my reservation from a dorm to private room which they dealt with very professionally. The room was comfortable with a great view. Second night was in the dorm and it was nicely laid out . Breakfast is superb but best of all is the location. Stunning.

everything in high tatras is just generally overprices but it does make sense, given its mountain location. I kinda liked the classic old interior, it does suit the place, and the stay up there is lovely. they got nice pub too (although the food is almost exactly the same everywhere, it works)

Nice stay in place which i expected to be a refuge and turned out to be a hotel ;) Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, exceptional breakfast served from 6 am which is veeery handy when you start hike early :) Still a good feeling of mountain spirit, they have a big drying room which is superb and very handy (for those who encountered downpour in the mountains... You understand! :))

Didn’t love the shared showers. Didn’t love the sparse vegetarian options at dinner (plenty at brekkie, thank you!). The place can get VERY crowded as well, it’s mega touristy due to its location. Not a criticism but if you’re looking for a a quiet hut in the mountains, this is not it :) also, found it quite expensive for our budget.

Place is in a stunning setting, we were there for climbing. The shared rooms are fine, all you’d expect of bunk bedrooms. Bathrooms are ok. Most showers are shared, four people can shower at the same time in full view of each other which I’m not a fan of. The food and the staff are great. The breakfast is absolutely amazing!! overall really loved my time there and I would go back!

It was very tough to walk up to the 4th floor after hiking all day :D

I loved the warm and cozy atmosphere after a hard hike of 11.5 hours.

Not enough electrical outlets.

Awesome location in the middle of High Tatras by Popradsko lake (one hour walk to rich it). Good base camp for multiple hikes in Tatras (Rysi, Velko Hincovo pleso, Koprovsky, Ostrva). Combination of mountain hut/hostel/hotel. Clean and peaceful dorm with eight beds. Very good and rich breakfast, would need one week to try everything. They also have good restaurant for lunch or dinner.

No power outlets in dormitory (2 USB for 8 people!) Mattress too soft and a bit uncomfortable.

Location was incredible, restaurant and breakfast excellent. Enjoyed the wellness centre.

Staff, location, nice clean bed in shredding room with private hair condition, soap and towel. Kitchen for hikers. Really wonderful breakfast - pancakes waffles cream blueberry topping…etc

The double room is a bit pricey for this type of accommodation / mountain shelter.

The location is amazing. Staff was very helpful. Good amenities e.g. toiletries. They have sauna and jacuzzi with amazing view.

The shower in the bathroom didn't have any hooks. A lot of people coming in and out so was a bit awkward. We stayed in a dorm and there were 18 or so beds in our dorm. More expensive compared to other mountain huts in the tatras but it is more accessible

Clean and comfortable. The food in the hotel was great. each bed had an outlet and light. Had to climb up a narrow step ladder to reach our floor.
