- Breakfast was very simple but good for start the day - You definitely need a car to staying in there, we rented one , so no problem at all. - Sauna & Jacuzzi extra charge, it should be included …we’ve been to many places around the world and 99% of the places we’ve been to was included, apparently it’s normal to charge in this region/area.

-The view from the mountain - The girl from reception speaks very good English - we had dinner included , it was simple but taste - The guy from dinner room is very friendly and smiling all the time -our apartment was very comfortable, hot shower and heater on -Very good wifi -free parking

The views with our rooms were absolutely amazing. The location was ideal for traveling around to places like Spis Castle, and of course hiking. Overall, it was a lovely experience. I would absolutely recommend it.

Parking has not enough lots. Also, our bedroom was located exactly over the restaurant terrace, so it gets really noisy and loud in the evening even with the windows closed.

The bed was not very comfortable, and the pillow was too soft.

The resort has an amazing price for the value. The room was huge, and very clean. We had no issues. It’s a great location, beautiful scenery to the mountains, even though our balcony looked the other direction.

Elevator was not working. Not enough parking space - it was problematic to park even though you are promised when booking to have a parking space per apartment, we had to park by a building on the other side of resort. Staff at reception when checking in claimed we did not pay even though we paid online and offered to show them the invoice.

The rooftop apartment was very warm, unfortunately there was no air conditioning, but this was not a consideration when booking.

A little way from any other bars and restaurants, but the onsite restaurant offered excellent value for money.

Kitchen facilities could be a little bit better, but it's enough for most cases. Breakfast costed 10 EUR/person, but I'd rather cook myself.

The accommodation is not very close to hiking trails so a car is almost a must for visitors. Consequently parking places are also important, however for us the barrier to the designated parking area did not open.

An accommodation with magnificent views to the High-Tatras. The buildings are very modern, and the kitchen was well-equipped with plates, mugs and basic utensils. The rooms were spacious. Poprad is very close, one can easily do good value grocery shopping there.

I’m a very fussy eater - just minor improvement with utensils being cleaned more thoroughly in the self contained kitchen.

Friendly staff, affordable, hospitable. Knowledgeable staff they gave great guidance, they were very considerate and it made my trip a really enjoyable experience. This accommodation also has great views!

The playroom downstairs smells of dampness and old toys but once you leave the windows opened for a few hours it’s better. Price was a little steep but expected for a resort.

Location was perfect, the little outdoor animal bit too and playground. Apartment was very nice and views were lovely. Would stay again
