Hotel was not too big so never felt crowded. Views were fantastic and the restaurant had great food. The gym was a good size and well equipped.

This is nitpicking-The light in the bathroom is on a timer so pops on in the middle of the night and turns off in the middle of a shower.

The staff were outstanding at the pool-Gabriela, Eric and Winston and valet-Carlis and Ravi. Our room was spacious (we got a suite) and our balcony was huge. I rarely write reviews but this hotel deserves a glowing review.

My only issue was the size of the rooms. Online they appeared much bigger. The elevators were down. Also, for the price, there should be more included, for example breakfast.

The property was very beautiful, kept well and the staff was friendly. Overall, it was a great stay.

When we checked in they could not locate our reservation even tho I had all the paperwork and booking info provided by booking.com. The waterfront room was not available and apparently we were fortunate to get any room at all. No balcony or waterfront view. Booking.com error or Morgan error???? Stressful for a bit

We stayed in a "Runway view room" on the second floor. If you want to see the runway from your room or balcony, ask for the fourth floor. Our room had a view of the parking lot and road into the hotel, but not the runway. The hotel does have a viewing area for the runway on the fifth floor.

We stayed one night between flights and the hotel was great for that purpose. Close to the airport and near restaurants. The free shuttle to and from the airport was great. The hotel isn't on the beach, but is only a couple of minutes walk from Maho Beach, where you can watch the planes land and take off. Maho beach is very good for swimming. We didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food. We also didn't use the swimming pool area, which looked beautiful, but hot and sunny.

The airport shuttle, this was the reason I chose this hotel, I was told at checkin that it was every half hour. This morning I was surprised that a 6.30 there were no shuttle, I walked to the airport…. There are at least be 3 flights that you can’t catch with this shuttle, including mine

They did not bother to do anything special for birthday celebration which was told during booking and upon checking in. Not even a complimentary slice of cake. Felt slighted. Nevertheless it's a beautiful resort

It has deteriorated since my first stay three years ago. The staff lacked knowledge and experience. The front desk lacked hospitality and courtesy. The concierge was non existent. There was literally nothing to do as far as activities. No yoga water aerobics, etc.
