Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesI paid extra for an "Ocean Front". It was not only NOT an ocean front, it was more of a restaurant roof top view. I was very disappointed.
The staff were very friendly and the beach was really nice. Food was good but mostly the same thing everyday.

United StatesThere weren’t servers at the pool to get your order and give personal attention to you. All other resorts we have been to have this service and we tip them well. Your employees would make more money from tips if the customer didn’t have to do things themselves. There were a few restaurant and drink servers who were very kind, friendly, and smiling who enjoyed assuring you were happy. However the majority of them didn’t smile and acted like we were a burden to serve us. This resulted in less tips given to them. It would be to their benefit financially to smile and treat the customers with happiness.
Very beautiful and clean. Anything you need was there as it was all inclusive. The food was wonderful and very delicious!

United StatesIf you don’t reserve some of the restaurant ahead of time you might lose out and throw off your schedule. Some need 24hrs booking in advance and other could only be done same day.
Free amenities, food, free water activities equipment, a lot of space, good chill energy, and daily activities. I especially loved cook : Sylvie from the IRIE Grill. Best authentic food on site. Also loved the access to the Blue Haven resort.

United StatesSome of the staff in the main lobby seemed a little overwhelmed and inexperienced. Check-in was a little frustrating because I kept getting different info on my room being ready and for awhile, each person I talked to wasn't able to help me get in my room. Finally after some 2 hours of waiting (check-in was supposed to be 3 PM) I found a woman who got on the phone and sort of yelled at someone about the room being ready and I was allowed to check in. I have a gluten allergy and there were times that it was difficult to find anything that I could eat. A couple of hostesses asked me about it, but then didn't say anything more about it. There was one night at Asa where there was nothing I could eat for dinner. Fortunately was able to go over to the fish deck. It would be great if they could offer alternatives at each restaurant like you do at the Truck Stop. Minor thing here, there were a lot of TV channels that were listed on the guide that weren't accessible when I tried to tune to them.
The beach, obviously, is the best in the world. Overall, the food was good with a lot of choices each day. I liked the daily activities. The property itself was in excellent condition. My garden suite worked out really well. It even had a partial ocean view. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't take advantage of any of the water activities, snorkel gear, excursions, etc., but it looked like there was a nice variety of choices. Overall, it was a great stay and I will definitely be back!

United StatesThe only sugar free soda they have is Coke, and that has a lot of caffeine. It would be lovely if they had Ginger Ale for those of us that have to watch our sugar and caffeine intake. Also, the included wine selection was very limited - maybe add a Sauvignon Blanc and a Pinot Noir to the mix. It would be cool if there was one stop in the downtown area the shuttle stopped at so you could visit the shops easily.
The resort is excellent, with lots of things to do and plenty of good food options. What makes it super special however, is the staff. It would be hard to name all the people, and really there wasn't anyone that wasn't nice, but just a few stand outs in the food service would be Marjorie, Ricar, JudyAnn, Rose and Michael. They each went out of their way to make our trip the best, remembering our special requests! In customer service Pricila was a rock star and really made sure we were satisfied. I am embarrassed that I cannot remember our housekeepers name but she was amazing. We loved using the sailboats and the kayaks they provide, and just hanging on the beach in between our island excursions. They always make sure there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach, along with good towels. It also was nice to go between the two resorts using their shuttle service.

United StatesThe elevators needed to be cleaned, bugs and dirt they looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time that was the only down side the rest of the resort was gorgeous. Everything was beautiful from the room to the pool to the beach it was amazing!
