Rooms were basic but clean and set in lovely gardens. We did have some difficulty with WiFi. Nice beachfront restaurant offering a good selection of food. We had breakfast a couple of mornings and one evening meal, which was delicious. Staff were very attentive. Sun loungers were very comfortable. I liked that this hotel offered floats, noodles, kayaks, and snorkelling equipment. It said walking distance into resort town, but we felt this was too far (particularly in April heat)..... a taxi cost 300 tbh and a songthaew taxi truck was 200.. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

The food offered at the restaurant wasn't the best I've had in Thailand, but still good.

Great location right on the beach, with sunbeds available and massage as well. They upgraded me to a room overlooking the pool and the beach, was amazing ! Getting to the room goes through a small alley with lots of trees and makes it even more magical.

The staff at the bar/restaurant were very friendly and remembered our room numbers after the first time. Reception staff were able to help with suggestions of the best places to visit and arranged a taxi for us. Overall everyone very helpful and friendly

Nothing not to like.

We stayed at 4U Resort Samui for 10 days. The location is perfect, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The beach is beautiful, with umbrellas and sunbeds always available. There’s also a nice pool. The restaurant offers delicious food and cocktails. If we ever come to Koh Samui again, we would absolutely stay at the same accommodation.

Not enough sunbeds around the pool & beach, they staff did find a solution for us but it would have been better if the from seaview rooms had there own.

Beautiful view from room, large fridge frezzer. Any problems we had were solved with a few minutes. Very polite service & efficient.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bungalows we stayed in were very clean and well presented. The beach bar/ restaurant is a great place to chill and they have plenty of loungers available on the beach. You can also get a massage right on the beach and they allow you to borrow kayaks and paddle boards for free which was a nice touch! All the staff were friendly and helpful and the location is great.

Location was amazing, we stayed in B8 , beach front room, nice small balcony with 2 chairs, lovely to sit out and watch the sunrise and watch the ocean. Food was great, staff were great, can’t fault it at all, would definitely stay again.

Great value, excellent location at the end of Lamai beach; away from the rather touristy central Lamai drag; but close enough to easily wonder down there if you want. Nice breakfast. Lovely terrace looking into the beach. Lovely massage area.

The breakfast menu options at the restaurant were a bit unappealing. Could be improved/updated. Unfortunately strong waves bring trash onto the beach but the staff do clean up each morning. However it would be nice if it was done twice daily, to enhance guest experience.

What was a bit bothering is that the cleaning staff was late during the day (3-4pm) as we wanted to rest in the afternoon, but still manageable. Also, some people left their towels on the chair to book it near the swimming pool or on the beach even if they are not around, better to be there early to have a sit and enjoy the view.

The restaurant was really nice, we had lunch 3 times and we were happy with what we ordered. Nice view as well from the restaurant on the private beach and the swimming pool just next to the restaurant. You can use different accessories for the beach or swimming pool that it is available such as pool noodles, paddle, etc. The hotel was in a calm area. You can find nearby some other restaurants or shops (7-Eleven, pharmacy). You can also rent motorbikes. The lamai night market was near, around 10 mins by motorbike but you can also book grab bike.

The room is a bit more tired than the pictures online would suggest. There were ants in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great! We also had an incident where the house keeping left our door ajar.

The location is great as lots of local gems and only a 20 min walk to central Lamai or a 20 min cab to Chaweng! The pool and beachfront are also amazing and make this an incredible place for a lovely break

Shower is electric and not very powerful also did not get hot enough for my liking. Open bin for for waste toilet paper pedal bin would be better
