Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThere is no elevator to the 4th floor suites. And breakfast, although good is the same choices each day and it’s not buffet style.
The 4th Floor Suite was exceptional. The bed and room facilities are comfortable. The outside balcony is simply fantastic. The breakfast was good. The hotel offers free rides to the major road very close to the BTS line.

We had the Lush Plush Rooms, which were a great size, but missing the views. Felt a bit dark at times, other than that a great hotel and I would book again. Food was excellent as well.

An intimate, well designed and very comfortable hotel that felt like a retreat from the busyness of the surrounding streets. Impeccably clean, with very efficient air conditioning. The staff were particularly lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was a welcome break from the humidity. A quick walk to the Sky Train Phoen Chit station.

Their photos on Instagram do not reflect how they actually come out. The ratio is off. I feel like I got ripped off.
