Location – no shops or restaurants besides the hotel ones, far from everything. Kids – a lot of them, public areas are more like a kindergarten with them running, screaming, going crazy and doing all the things kids usually do. Beach – very small, located on the shore of a shallow bay, which at low tide turns into a muddy puddle.

You need a ask for club car to go to almost anywhere in the resort which was complementary anyways

Very wonderful resort close to the airport far away from any traffic and city noise, pool villa was amazing, staff were helpful and kind. Very useful amenities were provided for my infant like shampoos, bathtub, sterilizer and bottle heater. The GYM was amazing alongside yoga and other activities. House keeping were on top of their job, they came to the villa twice a day without asking which was nice. Kids friendly resort with many activities for kids and kids corner in the breakfast buffet.

Sometimes, it’s a little hard to get the attention of beach staff during off peak hours. While our beach dinner was amazing, my husband wasn’t impressed with the table decoration as it was for my birthday.

Staff is attentive during peak hours eg breakfast. Our beach dinner was amazing and the lobster dish was spectacular. The traditional dance performance at the pool and the fire performance by the beach were unexpected and a nice surprise. The complimentary basic boxing by the beach is a must-try!

The beach by the resort is not the best, it looks more like a lagoon and is not very clean.

This resort is the best I've ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, providing outstanding service. Every request we made was immediately accommodated, making our stay truly exceptional. The pools are amazing, always clean, and inviting. The entire resort, including our room, was spotless, reflecting the high standards they maintain. Even on a rainy day, there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained, ensuring we never had a dull moment. The dining experience was excellent, with each restaurant offering delicious and diverse options. Our room was nothing short of fantastic; we opted for one with a private pool, and it was the best decision we made. The room was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, including 24-hour room service and an incredibly comfortable bed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The spa deserves a special mention for being incredible. They offer a wide range of services, and the staff is professional and always friendly, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, this resort exceeded all our expectations and provided an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return!

Mosquitoes And Geckos inside the room, However the room service staff responded very fast to kill them. Too much stairs to reach the room.

Beautiful, wide , clean , well furnished, modern room. Excellent reception and room service. Wonderful and cooperative staff. Nice breakfast. Breathe taking views . Specially during breakfast time

Excellent service, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. What I appreciated most is that one barely notices the other guests. This is of course because the resort is spread over a large area, and each villa is a little hotel on its own, but also because all facilities have a large capacity buffer (the beach, the breakfast buffet and the restaurants). No crowds or queuing anywhere. Everything impeccably clean and well maintained.

Drink prices were high for Thailand

Breakfast was outstanding as were the staff. Beach was good however the beds were very close with fewer people in the hotel. Pool was wonderful great temperature..the rooms were very clean and well appointed
