A bit out of the way and getting transport was not easy . I recommend having a motorbike if you wish to stay here. The staff communication was not good before and during the stay . The toilet was leaking and despite me mentioning it was not fixed. My aircon was only just good enough. Breakfast less than average .

The cleaner was very rude to me and we got charged 1000 baht for a tiny stain on the sheet. The toilets block all of the time so we couldn’t use ours without it blocking and stinking the place out.

Loved loved the plants and jungle chilled vibe of this place Rooms were tired and rustic but the beautiful gardens made up for the smell from the toilet. The pool was gorgeous. I'd stay again because of the natural environment and treehouse vibes. Breakfast was poor but staff friendly and helpful. Towels very very worn. But gorgeous view of the cliffs.

Ants ! All over the room Big huge Ants.. everywhere all over bedside locker and dressing table , I sat on the bed for hours because they were invading the floor .Beds were like sleeping on a concrete slab ..So hard and pillows too. I'm just being honest . Only for ants and horrible hard bed I would have loving this place .

The house needs some upgrades. Mini fridge, a smaller room light for evenings and some tiny table would have been appreciated. Pool showers would need some cleaning (but nothing big). Small room.

The pool was nice, free shuttle bus, amazing staff, pretty place, daily cleaning, normal breakfast (but repetitive), delicious coffee from cafe, jungle noises. Two lizards entered our room but that's on us for leaving the door open (they were cute and small). Good price for Ao nang.

The mattresses and pillows need to be updated could really feel the springs and pillow were lumpy.

You shouldn't expect any extra amenities in the bungalows. For example, there is only one table next to the double bed. The bathroom is also showing its age. The food in the restaurant was ok, but basic.

Considering that Ao Nang is loud, lively and full of tourists, the resort feels like a jungle oasis. The complex is a bit old, but the vibe is still great. The complex is clean, the pool next to the karst wall is spectacular.

- besides the tree house, we also had a house overlooking the pool and you could NOT see the pool; there is a shack built between the house and the pool that looks very ugly and unsightly; I recommend destroying that building that should probably be a bar; the bar can be built on the side with the rock, not in front of the houses - the pool does not look like in the pictures, it was a bit disappointing

- the resort looks gorgeous, we had the tree house, that is, the last house on the resort's alley - the room was large, clean, bright - in the morning we enjoyed the monkeys playing above our roof - the food at the restaurant was very good and at a good price

The toilet in our bungalow was broken. We notified staff however it was not repaired. The bathroom could be cleaner and could use an update Mosquitoes could get in the room so needed bug spray during the night.

The breakfast is okay, but I wouldn't pay extra for it if it's not included for free. While the cottages are cute, they lack some convenience like a storage place, hair dryer, more sockets...

A very quiet and peaceful location away from all the tourist noise in the city. The cottages are very cute and provide a unique experience. There is a shuttle to the beach, but only from 10 - 18 every 2 hours.

The room was not clean enough—just walking on the floor made our feet dirty. Additionally, there were no curtains in the bathroom, which compromised privacy. The facility looks outdated. Overall, it did not feel worth the money.

The cabin looks lovely, and I especially enjoyed the view and the balcony.

There were two cockroaches in my bedroom. The lady from reception got rid of the first one but then another one came. I couldn’t sleep at night thinking that more cockroaches could climb on my bed, as the bed was low and close to the floor. Not very clean, especially the bathroom. In general you could see that everything could use a little bit more attention to details, from stains on the walls and bed linen, to the shower drain worth of a horror movie.

Nice set up, immersed in nature. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The main issue was just the bed wasn't so comfortable otherwise great stay.

Excellent staff great location away from the noise and in the peace of the jungle but still able to walk down to beach if needed but there is a shuttle free also. Few great restaurants also within 15 min walk for variety of options.

The small room at the beginning, but that was a budget room, so nothing to complain about. Luckily, we upgraded to a better bungalow, and we could see the difference. Wow! 👌

The staff was really great. The heartfelt welcome from Luke and the beautiful morning greet in the kitchen by Nam Wan to the helpful of Atihah and the excellent transport service by Sun. These guys made our stay enjoyable. We also enjoyed the rustic location at the base of limestones in the middle of Krabi.

There’s nothing I wouldn’t recommend about this hotel. Although we paid for a room without aircon which was harder than we expected but we did chose this option so this isn’t anything on the hotel. Just keep in mind if you struggle with the heat it’s worth paying slightly more to have aircon

Amazing Thailand bungalow experience, the sound at night is incredible. Super cosy bungalow with everything you need. The staff and facilities were lovely too. Also the free shuttle into town is great.

they realy should learn how to clean… rubish were never cleaned, ashtrey too had wedding ceremony outside hotel, asked to buy fruits plate to the room- confirmed, at the end - there was no fruits, nevermind, asked for vase or glass for flowers - answer - sorry we don’t have. you do not have an empty glass?

we loved location very quiet, beautiful garden and view to the clif - amazing. Everything is around by walking distance ~ main street 1.2km beach -2.5km hotel has shuttle bus if you don’t like walking breakfast was good enough. Nice pool
