Great location, quiet place, just the beds were extremely hard!! Also they come too early to make the beds for the next person... It is a resort however they're doing a dorms

Noise at night from ?.?? One big spider second night OMG I M SCARED WITH lol

Very nice hotel sincerely. Nice room paint in good condition. Practical furniture. We have room for 2 suitcases. Large terrace. Safe. Good bedding. Functional bathroom with separation between the WC and the shower. Magnificent and maintained green spaces. Smiling staff (reception and restaurant .... but not maids). The hotel is well located near Freedom Beach and Shark Bay. It is also close to many points of view. Scooter rental on site with a good price. à la carte breakfast. Fantastic fruit juices (mango and mint or strawberries and mint). PADI diving center? not tested for personal reasons). Beach towels placed in the room. cleaning done every day. Payment made upon arrival. 2 problems only one of which is annoying: bad smell in the bathroom certain times of the day and .... a repetitive noise which comes from ??? Water balloons when someone activates the water? Or air conditioning? I think these are rams in the piping. The management offered to relocate to 1 other room we visited 4 and finally preferred to stay in our large clean room and with a beautiful terrace on the 1st floor. I will come back.

The water was kept in the Dive Class office instead of an open accessible place. I couldn't access it at night when the office was closed. My room door knob wouldn't lock and opened in the night which led to mosquitoes in the room. The mattress has a rexine cover, so whenever one moves in bed, it makes a sound.

The view from the property is just awesome. One could just spend days at the property without venturing out. They have a nice restaurant that serves good food and drinks. The staff is polite.They offer free pick up from the port and also allow early check-in at no extra cost.

In my 4 beds room, the bed was doing to much noise when you moving

The place is beautiful, you have facilities close here and the beach in front of the resort. The staff is nice and they offer activities to do during you stay.

I think the pictures are from several years ago. The shared rooms are not very neat, the worst thing is the bathtub is rusty and the sink is covered. The pool also has rust around the edges.

The beds in the hostel were a little uncomfortable and the vent in the bathroom could of done with a mosquito net as we had lots of bugs coming into the bathroom.

We stayed in a hostel room, and it was perfect for us as was near lots of restaurants, right on the beach, had a lovely pool and really pretty scenery!

The property offers free pickup and drop from the Koh Tao Pier. Great location on the Bay with good views of the beach. Beautifully maintained property with a good green cover.

The person who checked me in could have been a bit friendlier and the mattress was very thin and hard.

The property is beautiful, located right on the beach it has a nice, chill vibe. The dorm room was super clean (I was alone) and the location, even though out of town is still accessible (about a 30/35 minute walk to the port) and there’s still shops and places to eat around.

Busy dive boat

The place was buzzing with diver students. I liked the restaurant, bar The Cove overlooking the bay. Room was comfortable and clean. Went on a fun dive one day. Boat was quite busy, but the dive guide, Rod, was fab. He gave very clear instructions, both before the dives and under water.

The shower was a bit confusing because everything got wet since there is no wall between toilet and shower. It’s also far from the city but you can rent scooters next to the place.

Many insects in the room & not really good quality of the accomodation in the room including the bed.

The hostel is nicely located directly at the sea and only a ten minutes walk from shark bay. However, the main bar street with the nightlife is pretty far away. The four-bed-room is really basic, and there are a lot of insects in the room, especially in the bathroom.

The roon was full of ants and there was a cockroach which makes it not fun....

The great location. On the beautiful beach with blue color sea. This part of koh tao is amazing and quiet. The stuff and the restaurant were great.

I would say a bit more effort could have been spent on making the restaurant food better value. It wasn't bad...but I certainly wanted a change after a couple of meals there.

So the location was fantastic. it is right on the beach....which is more than you can of most of the more expensive hotels in the area. And I would say Chalok Ban beach is a lot better and quieter than the main Sairree beach on Koh Tao. Genuinely beautiful.

I stayed in the shared room and the bed was very uncomfortable. I stayed only one night even though I booked two - the staff was very helpful about it. The reason was that I didn't want to stay in a shared place. As a solo traveller, I could not afford to stay in one of the bungalows but they looked really great.

This is a very beautiful place to stay. The design of the bungalows is very aesthetic, and the outside area, pool etc is taken care of. Very clean. Helpful staff. Amazing view from the front restaurant.

the bungalow was comfortable and ideally sized however it needs of some improvements: no hooks or holders for towels and clothes; there is no division between the shower and the toilet; there is a very bad smell from the toilet that sometimes returns waste from third parties; the key did not lock the bungalow.

On a charming beach. Close enough to everything on the island (which can be explored easily by renting a scooter just outside the resort). Incredible and super well maintained common space - garden, swimming pool, beachfront area, restaurant. In front of the beach, with lots of nature. All amazing staff, very welcoming, professional and kind! Silent bungalow, comfy bed and nice wifi and AC.

The bathroom is only cleaned every few days. It gets a bit too dirty easily. Far from the pier and the main area of Koh Tao. Beds are not very comfortable.
