There are a lot of stairs to climb up to the hotel. It was a bit painful to climb up and down in the heat. The sound insulation was not good. We could hear all the neighbors chatting and laughing in the terrace until very late hours at night. Also the music from the beach was (very surprisingly) coming all the way up to the hotel.

The staff was very friendly. Everyone was smiling and very helpful. They have a pickup service from the pier. Someone met us at the pier and carried our bags up to the hotel. The view was nice from the room.

Location for me wax excellent. On the edge looking down on both sides of phi phi but with jungle and nature at your back door. But, not for everyone, as many of the reviews say, there’s a lot of stairs to get up to your room!! The price?? Higher than it should be for this level of property, but, that’s probably phi phi prices?

The only downside are the stairs which can be challenging for elderly people or when you are coming late after party but the view in the morning and evening compensates the effort.

This hotel offers best view on this island. Rooms are clean and cleaned on demand. Staff is very nice and friendly. Overall great experience and can recommend to stay there.

There really are a lot of stairs so it's not for the faint of heart. The bathroom was also a bit small and grungy.

Nice room with a view over the hillside. Aircon was great and there was a balcony. Good location away from the town so it was quiet at night but still within walking distance from everything.

While it seems we are a good distance away from the party area, the music os still quite loud until 2am or 3am which was off putting. Not the accommodations fault but very loud through the closed doors.

The views are absolutely stunning, favourite of our trip. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They organised collection and drop off of our bags for our boat transfer. Everything in walking distance. We didn’t see monkeys until our last day but bumped into them with our host on check out.

The property is up a lot of stairs, we are in our 20s and we struggled. It’s a lot of stairs to the reception and then we stayed at the very top which meant double the amount of stairs to the reception. Lovely place, and amazing views but in the heat the stairs are not ideal.

The property was clean, comfortable and had amazing views. The staff were lovely and carried our bags up to our room and provided us with water on arrival. The location was great.

Of course the view! The fact that is just different location than others. The stairs that everyone is writing about...ok first, second time a bit exhausting but when you sit on the balkony of your room looking on the whole island and the bay it's becoming priceless. It's a budget place to sleep and shower....what else do you need when you on Phi Phi Island. Awesome! And the fact that they will pick you up from the harbor with a cart and carry your bags that's really great. Thank you Mr.Tan!

If you are not mobile, I would not recommend this hotel, as there are a lot of stairs to take. We had no problem with that but it is safe to say that we got our workout every day!

Cute cozy property, works well for a night's stay if in Phi Phi. Very kind staff. Flight of stairs up the property, quite interesting. Didn't have much trouble since we only had a small duffle bag.

The staff was very nice. The hotel includes someone that waits for you on arrival at the pier and helps you with the luggage. It’s a bit of a walk up to the hotel. They gave us an upgrade so we got a room with view on the beach.

The only negative was when I turned the A/C to chill or cold the motor would turn on with a vengeance and was loud. Maybe the motor needs to be replaced in the A/C but other than that the room was fine.

The location was great and I was allowed to extend my stay a few times which was amazing and the staff was friendly.

We stayed in the sea view room for one week. Waking up to that view was worth climbing up and down the 100 stairs everyday! The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure, and the desk was handy to do some work. The couple that run the place are so kind and helpful. The Wi-Fi was acceptable and fine for streaming and general phone use, however, the week we spent here coincided with some repair work on the island which resulted in some instability. We were informed that the internet that comes with the True brand of sims from 7-11 is incredibly slow, and unfortunately this is the same brand that the hotel uses. We were advised by the staff to pick up a sim from the AIS brand for more reliability and that worked great. Hopefully, they switch their Wi-Fi brand soon.

There are a lot of stairs and the bathroom had a slight funny smell to it.

The staff were brilliant, very helpful. Water on arrival and a lovely man who carried our bags up the stairs. The AC was really good. Decent size room. Cute little balcony. Overall good experience x
