We had the best time here! The staff are so beautiful, friendly and helpful. The location is great! Everything is walking distance. We happened to be here for Loy Krathong and the staff had a station where we could make our own Krathong. The room was gorgeous. We spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoying happy hour

The location to beach and nightlife was perfect. Not too far to walk, but hidden away from the hustle. It was very easy to get everywhere we wanted and the staff were so kind and helpful. Very pleasantly surprised how good it was considering the very cheap price we paid. No buffet breakfast was available, which was disappointing as we really do love them. But a good set selection of meals to pick from was an ok compromise. They explained this was due to it being low season and not enough guests, which was understandable. Would highly recommend to any couples who want a quiet, clean, friendly place to stay. Be warned about the steep driveway and access to lifts, not for the majority unfit 😊

There room is huge for 1 person like me staying alone. The toilet is big and clean. Breakfast is simple but fill your stomach. The pool is clean. The balcony is big space too for chilling out but must standby with mosquito apparel. The location is far from the busiest tourists area but I love it because it quiet. 7-eleven its just opposite of the hotels and few restaurants nearby. The Spa is good too as the therapist was good with what they are doing. I definitely will stay here again.

i have complain about this hotel service first of all .. when i booked my room it was a choice with balcony.. so when i told the receptionist he said it's not available now will see tomorrow.. i didn’t mind then but today no one even care to change my room .. so there isn't any cooperation with your staff to know about customer service and needs .. also when i came yesterday no one briefed me about room keys location i felt like they only wanted to get rid of me in any possible way.. and the main point that make me complain is that you dont offer Iron in the room and when i asked for it .. they can't offer me instant solution because it's take a lot of time which I don't have it .. so the receptionist guide me to the nearest laundry store.. and still I'm really upset about this bad experience and services from this hotel and I'll never book here again ... also the last day they said i break a glass of cup they were laying i barely was in the room i was out all the time they want to steal my money i refuse to pay and i write my statement Safa alnadabi

I really liked my stay in this place, a bit on a side from Patong buzz, but still in a walking distance. Beach was around 10m away. Room was spacious and clean. Bed wide and good. Cleaning everyday, good job! Good restaurant at the pool. Pool is also magnificent!

the pool area and garden smells bad. don’t come here if you have any walking disability , a lot of stairs even with the elevator . the gym , spa etc, is extra so you have to pay . 150 bahts for a day in the gym (not a great gym either ) crazy expensive . the pool looks nice in the photos but it is pretty uncomfortable. I don’t understand why is it called resort . it is really expensive for what it is .

The amenities provided do not justify the value for money. The property is clean and staff was very friendly but it seems the management drive towards cost cutting made them helpless. The room had no tissue box that is basic and every day we had to complaint to get hot water for shower that was effective for one shower only. The breakfast was not Buffett and choices in available menu were limited. Location is a bit off from downtown that can be compromised if the good amenities are provided.
