Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandEverything the room was not what it said on the pictures and description it was disgusting there was bugs wasps flies and roaches we left within a hour n half there was ants on top of the drinks the staff was rude the beds we was given was for kids the shower was dirty the air conditioning didn’t even work properly it was horrible so we left within a 2 hours and got another place due to how Calypso was.

HORRIBLE!!worst hotel i stay im phuket. aircon not working, there is mold everywhere. lots of ants. the place is very old. cannot see in the foto. when you walk in to the room there is bad smell like umidity. the staff is the worst. i want to change a room and the lady from reception screaming at me. very rude. i dont expect ti be trated like this in my vacation. i had to leave the hotel becouse the mold couse me allergic reaction and i was felling sik. ther isnt any swimming pool. really not recomend this place if you want ruin your holiday.
