- corridors can be a little dark - glitchy room door lock, functional but a little tricky to unlock

- room is huge (feels like a studio apartment), with well-equipped pantry and full-size fridge - bed is very clean and comfortable - located in a relatively quiet area, but not too far from central pathum wan (walking distance from BTS' chit lom and ratchathewi stations)

Slightly dated deco. Just hope that all rooms are equipped with washing machine. (There’s a launderette provided for 95 THB per wash, machines are quite dated.)

Location, close to Chidlom & Ratchadamri BTS Stations. Hotel provides tuk-tuk to Chidlom BTS. Easy access to Grab too, less traffic than other major roads. Well soundproofed. Has a good gym with a mini indoor pool. Provides limited free credits for vending machine.

very loud AC furniture seems very old a bit of a walking distance to the nearest bts station (they have one shuttle tuk tuk but especially in the morning it can be very busy so be prepared to wait for it for a while)

The room furnishings were kind of old, the sounds coming from the aircon and compressor were quite loud - which could be distressing for light sleepers at night

Very courteous and helpful staff, relatively good location. The complimentary cold tea and the free credits for the vending machine were a nice touch. The room was quite big as well. The tuktuk service was great!

The property is a bit aged and the aircon is noisy at night. Traffic noise is also bad if you are staying on the lower floors.

Breakfast Could be better in order to make Vegetarian Diet for better Option Also Attending F&B Manager was not at all cooperative we asked to prepare vegetarian noodles or Rice, 3 days stay, he replied everyday, they didn't have noodle to prepare vegetarian option for noodle

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood with a mixture of upscale condos and cafes. It is within walking distance to train stations and shopping malls. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast spread is very good. It is clean and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet options for me was very limited (as a Muslim girl) but I could manage that by eating only fried eggs / vegetables & fruits and that’s was enough for me

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for an extra night though I arrived a day later then was initially communicated. I reached out t the hotel through the chat to let them know I was going to arrive late, but no one responded to my messages.

I liked the location of the hotel. It is located closer to a lot of other great places to visit and for shopping. The room was always cleaned and well maintained with adequate facilities to make my stay comfy. Their service desk was very responsive and available to provide necessary services and assistance when requested.
