Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Location, close to Chidlom & Ratchadamri BTS Stations. Hotel provides tuk-tuk to Chidlom BTS. Easy access to Grab too, less traffic than other major roads. Well soundproofed. Has a good gym with a mini indoor pool. Provides limited free credits for vending machine.

LiberiaI didn't like the fact that I had to pay for an extra night though I arrived a day later then was initially communicated. I reached out t the hotel through the chat to let them know I was going to arrive late, but no one responded to my messages.
I liked the location of the hotel. It is located closer to a lot of other great places to visit and for shopping. The room was always cleaned and well maintained with adequate facilities to make my stay comfy. Their service desk was very responsive and available to provide necessary services and assistance when requested.
