Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

ThailandNo snacks or drinks in the minibar. The lift should be upgraded, to slow when have many people. Breakfast was to Asian orientated, for those prices we pay should have some decent bread, not that farmhouse unhealthy bread and maybe some cheese, this should be a nice touch.

Room automatically upgraded to twin sharing with basic kitchenette and fridge. Room comfortable and clean except fridge was noisy in bedroom. 7 min leisure walk along main road from Chidlom BTS, hotel tuk tuk provided at Chidlom BTS before 10pm if you are tired after a tiring day! Chidlom BTS direct to Phaya Thai BTS for transfer to airport line is no fuss journey. Great location! Hotel staff speak good English and service level is good.
