No smart tv. Yes there is cable but for us with small children, they preferred watching youtube videos.

The only problem was the TV, there must have been at least 10 or more channels but each carried to news.

Well situated, clean and pleasant, Staff were lovely and helped is there was a problem. The room itself was huge with a kitchenette, bath with a shower. Good room service, again this was quick. Breakfast there was plenty for everyone and you could go back and get more if required, a good selection if different foods to fit the tastes of everyone. We didn't visit the pool so i am unable to give and opinion on that.

Your location was quite far off from our meeting venue which was VIV ASIA. Moreover, you don't provide any complete and pure vegetarian food and your your chefs also don't know English as a result, It is very difficult to interact with them. I had to take food from outside as you dis not have any vegetarian option.

Booked the 3 bedrooms apartment, it needs renovation. Rooms a bit out dated and run down. The air con was quite noisy and dripping water, had to turn it off. On our last day, the room wasn’t made and cleaned.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and my room was spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. There is also a complimentary Tuk Tuk service to the nearest train station.

It is in a very convenient and staff were really nice. The room is also spacies as they are apartments, so it was nice to have a place with the amenities.

The room that was given to us is located on the 7th floor, facing an unused building, blocking out sunlight. The air condition compressor was right outside the window and was very noisy.

Great vibe. Really comfortable room and many amenities such as a pool and a workout room didn’t disappoint. Close to Lumpini Parkand many new restaurants. Loved it.

We took a triple bed and the mattress for the third bed was saggy / concave and hence uncomfortable. Pillow was old and soft but the hotel staff gave us a firmer one after request.

I don't write many reviews, but this hotel is great! Great breakfast (with plates and cutlery for little children), good and pretty fast wifi, useful tv (many channels and english), big room, wash machine, big fridge, great staff, good coffee, good aircon. They also have a very useful TukTuk service to get to a BTS station quickly, and our kids loved that TukTuk. Kids playroom is very nice, kids really enjoyed playing there. All the staff is extremly helpfull and polite, great with children. We had more stuff to hang after we washed our clothes, so we hanged clothes over chairs and kitchen counters. When we came back there was a dry rack in our room, and all our clothes were moved to the rack. Amazing. We did not ask for anything. Loved it and will be back!

Should have consider to have someone to look after the playroom and provide schedule activities for the kids so that the parents can have time for massage.

All of the staffs were so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. Tuk Tuk provided by the hotel to BTS Chit Lom is the plus points.
