United Kingdomthe only problem was the fact the door to balcony had a gap along the edge which can let in mosquitos, luckily we got some room spray which repels mosquitos at the nearby pharmacy and none came in after this. Beware there are quite a few dogs in the area unsure if they are stray or owned by hotel but they wander around the resort and there was one sitting outside our room one night.

IsraelThough staff is very helpful and good willed, it's almost impossible to communicate with any of them anything more then the very basic things in English (however that's seemingly common in Thailand). The rooms are in a desperate need of a renovation. A noisy AC, a big TV from the nineties, a balcony door lock that's rusty and gets stuck, depressing neon lighting... And a general "old" vibe. Though cleansiness is totally fine, it still feels somewhat neglected, on account of everything being so old. Breakfast needs more variations except for just the English one.
Located on a nice, remote, quiet beach. An advantage if you're looking for peace and quiet, perhaps a disadvantage if you want those party vibe. Pool seemed nice. Nice English breakfast at the restaurant.

FinlandWater pressure is low but it is common around here. Garden needs a gardener and pool had issues and it was out of order when we stayed, It started to look already better when we left. Hopefully they get the water clear again. English breakfast served, not a buffet.
Room basic (pictures in booking.com are realistic) but clean. Very nice to sit in the balcony of Sea front bungalow Beach is very nice. The Brittish couple running the place was very helpful. Even offered to drive us to Fishermans village or Choweng for free. Place has been closed for Covid and they are renovating rooms for the high season.

AustraliaWe had a great time at Bay Beach Resort and highly recommend to anyone that is after a comfortable stay at very reasonable prices. The location is perfect, right on the beachfront with direct access, and the beach itself is very beautiful, peaceful and great for swimming. James, Christina and all the staff are absolutely amazing and so helpful with anything you need, and the rooms are cleaned regularly during your stay, with fresh towels and drinking water replenished. As with most places, the Resort is still coming back from the covid shutdown period, but the team are working extremely hard to ensure all facilities are spot on for all visitors.

Thailand..Double bed 2 singles pushed together.... Dark at night walking to room. No signs to not disturb....easy little things that should be done....but I would still say stay here...its good value and nice pool....just needs a few things doin.
.Good location.....pinpoint if you want the lovely choengmon beach ....there's a top guy called James whos gunna make this place spot on.

amazing/perfect location, direct beach access nicest beach on the island to stay on (both day and night) very kind staff - the lady who runs the hotel was very attentive, quick to reply on communication and happy to give you taxi services around the island good air-con - almost too cold haha
