We booked a tour with the hotel and they didn't mention that the beach at the hotel wasn't safe to depart, instead we had a situation that could have been avoided. Also, because the houses are made of bamboo, you can hear between rooms.

The food and massages in the hotel were really good. The staff was very professional and attentive. The bamboo houses are just so unique. The location is very good because it is away from the noisy part of the island.

The bars down the beach play VERY loud bass music until approximately 3am. We had ear plugs and a sound machine that we bought on Amazon before our trip that worked well. If you are a very light sleeper or don’t like to be disturbed this may not be the right hotel for you.

Property is fantastic. Cute little huts, great beach with kayaking and paddle boarding. Staff were very friendly, grounds were very clean, breakfast was great. Pool was awesome

There is a club right next door so there is absurdly loud music playing until roughly 2AM every single night, if you’re going for a relaxing time then this is probably not for you! Apart from that the place is amazing and well situated!

Beach bar plays music across the bay during the night until early morning that you can hear in the beach front rooms. It's out of the resorts control. It's just how it is. That is the only fault I found during my stay. Otherwise, it would be a 10/10 from me.

Perfect location, Rooms very cosy, Exceptionally great staff very friendly and helpful, Very relaxed atmosphere during the day. I had organised with the resort for a romantic suprise for my partner, and they exceeded my expectations it was absolutely beautiful. If we come back to Phi Phi, we will definitely be staying here at Coco Beach resort again.

The 'duff duff' noise from the beach parties was relentless overnight. Believe the reviews! The resort is 15 min walk into main area and beach parties are a long distance from resort however the bay must act like an amplifier for the sound. Also to add to noise, a neighbouring hut had a party until 4 am with music and loud talking. I attempted to call '24 hour reception' at 2am a few times for assistance but there was no answer. The beach at other end of bay was nicer than the resort 'private beach'. Sadly it had some plastic bottles and pollution which was randomly cleaned up by staff.

Lush tropical gardens surrounding traditional looking huts. Bed was large and very comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. Beautiful pool with a swim up cocktail bar and plenty of sun lounges. Poolside food was delicious and not over priced. Lovely staff, in particular Jay who assisted with umbrellas and any questions. Buffet breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices and beautiful view.

Only downside was the music coming from the beach clubs. As mentioned plenty of times before, it is louder than expected but after a few cocktails and the use of the ear plugs provided we managed to get a good sleep

Loved our stay. Bed was very comfortable. Room clean and well maintained. Facilities were great, pool and use of kayaks and paddle boards for free. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Location was great, right on beautiful private beach and short walk to shops and nightlife.

It really is a shame about the noise. We are young and read reviews and expected the noise to be more distant but it is quite loud! I’m saying that we did sleep through it no problem. It just takes away from the luxury experience

Rooms were quite small and there was only a plug on one side of the bed which was inconvenient for charging phones over night and loud music can be heard from the bars on the bay which went on late however, the hotel does warn you and provide ear plugs in the room. Thankfully we were able to sleep

The pool area including the bar was lovely and they provide kayaks free of charge to explore and it was a nice experience to stay in a hut.

At night we could sleep at all. The music was so so loud that we slept at 3:00am and we had to catch the ferry in the morning. That was the only problem, so as a result would recommend it just for a night

The hotel is amazing, is like you live on a different planet, food was delicious, the massage very good and value for money. Would recommend it for a night beacuse of the lound music that doesn’t let you sleep and night.

We hadn't realised that our resort, idyllic by day, was to be really noisy at night. And I mean bone-shakingly loud, from all the party beats across the bay. This went on from around 7pm to 3am, making it very hard to sleep for us non party-goers. The restaurant in Coco Beach needs improvement. The breakfasts were pretty good, but the evening service was dreadful. The four of us dining together all got our meals on relay, one after the other, and the food wasn't particularly good. My meal, although being the first to be delivered, was not especially warm. Also, we felt a bit hurried at breakfast, being told on both mornings whilst still eating, that the restaurant would be closing imminently.

A beautiful-looking little resort, with its thatched bungalows set amongst palm trees and lush vegetation. Our room was clean and cosy, with efficient air conditioning, a small ensuite bathroom, and tea/coffee-making facilities. The pool with swim-up bar was great. The small strip of beach was lovely to swim from when the tide was in.

There is a nightclub a little ways away but the music they played was so very loud and it was until 02:00. I came there for the tranquility of it and to be honest that spoiled it a little bit.
