We upgraded our room to pool excess on the 3rd & 4th night but the aircon in the room was not working well!! room 1209. The room service did not make our room on our 4th day. had to call up guest service. And it was already too late.. so we only ask for new towels n bottled water

overall it was good but condition of rooms needs to be better maintained.

You should buy some groceries and beer / snacks etc. to fill up the mini bar - you always have to use a taxi to go to patong beach..-

the food was horrible, precooked and microwaved. no taste and the menu was small.

the only thing is the location is too far from the city , if have more shutter bus service access to the patong or others is good. the buggee take us to the taxi cost 400B each time is very costly and it is only 150 - 200B if coming back.

We had a private villa with pool and ended up moving as our view was of the road. We payed the extra money for the view and didn't have one. If you have a private pool villa ask to stay in one of the higher ones. Check in (which was late at night) was bad. We didnt get explained anything about the resort. Shuttles would be better if they ran more often

Breakfast was good with loads of different options! The place is away from the main town but they offer shuttles every two hours between 11 and 5. The staff were nice, concierge boys were the most outstanding by far.

I did not like they are reusing flip flops and slippers in hotel. These things should be always new, it is not hygienic to provide it to every customer who stays there. We did not have nice view from our villa and unfortunately we couldn’t change it.

Receptionist lady wasn't really nice Room was not clean much. The balcony has lots of stains and the glass on the balcony was way too dirty to look at. The floor was very old and dirty . You need a little renovation in the rooms

the laundry takes too much time. I have to wait till the day after when I asked they say we send the clothes to a laundry company. second thing, there are street dogs barking in the middle of the night which is really uncomfortable!

The cocktails were terrible but the atmosphere was nice. It's best to save your money and order a non alcoholic drink and enjoy the view.

The buffet breakfast was excellent.

The seaview room was differect from what we expected, but they changed to better room for us after we complained. Chlorine smell from the swimmimg pool was very strong though we stay on the second floor. The last hour before check-out no electricity because of the rain strom.

The room was big. Breakfast was good. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was amazing.The wifi was good too.

There was something i didn’t like regarding the room/price. Even though i booked a non refundable room and i was aware i cannot make any changes, after i made the reservation i found a better room at a cheaper price. I asked them if it is possible to get an upgrade for free to the better room and i was asked for extra 500 baht per night for the upgrade. I guess those 500 baht extra per night for 10 nights would make me think twice next time i will book a room

For the 3rd time at this hotel. 2nd time in the same room so nothing changed from previous review. Good location but you need scooter or just use free shuttle to go to Patong and back. Staff is great, always willing to help and smiling.

Very clean, lovely staff and wonderful service daily. Beautiful pool area overlooking the beach. Quiet serene location away from the hustle and bustle of patong area but also only a short 15min drive into town by the resorts free shuttle service.

The hotel was very nice i booked for two days but unfortunately I didn’t enjoy it as after 3 hours of check in I got food poisoning and I go directly to hospital for two days 🥹 so I didn’t used at all

Just inside the room the bathroom and shower is not much privacy as the doors are transparent, and not all people appreciate that

The hotel has so many stairs, and it's not organized well at all. The location is not comfortable and far off center; you cannot leave the hotel on foot; there's a very steep hill that even taxis think twice about driving us back to the hotel. The room design may be nice, but it has poor functionality. The bathroom sink is literally inside the sleeping area, and the toilet door does not slide to the right side. The shower door is clear, and the mirror does not sync with the sink.
