A bit far from central hatyai

We like the homey feel of room they have, comfortable and not bad at all and will consider to back when we have chance to hatyai again. However there are something need to take note by the management were, air-conditioning at living room or bunk bed area was extremely HOT. Even i turn it to be 18degree Celsius with maximum fan speed. We checking out at 5am in the morning, surrounding of the property is very very dark, it will be great if the management can put the lights surrounding to make sure it is bright.

it should be better if you provide a table and chairs for letting us work or have dinner in the living room.

The room is very spacious and has a lot of facilities; microwave, water dispenser, fridge, plates and bowls. The bed is queen size but comfortable. The bathroom is very nice.

the water pressure is low.

The room is spacious and clean. there is a kitchen with many appliances such as a microwave, a water dispenser and fridge. The bed is comfortable. The extra bed is spacious and comfortable too. the shower room is clean and nice. i love it so much.

The closeness of the property with other attractions, including wholesale marts, wet and night markets all within 15 minutes or less by Grab or Tuk Tuk. It's just a walking distance to Hat Yai Food Village. We were attended by friendly hosts and nothing was compromised throughout the whole stay. The property was amazingly clean, serene and comfortable. All amenities were convenient and organized. No complaints, just praises.

The location is quite far from the attraction. You need to drive if you stay here. Else tuk2 or grab prices will be higher.

Very comfy single room condo that can accommodate 4 pax. The room is spacious with a separate room for a queen bed. There is also a water filter for your needs as water is a necessity.

I appreciate the effort put into the room design, but I feel there are some improvements that could be made. Firstly, there's no open wardrobe or dedicated space to hang wet towels, which would be very convenient. While it's nice that there are more wardrobes for long stays, providing a designated area for wet towels would be much better. Secondly, if a pantry is included, it would be great to have a dining table where guests can sit comfortably to enjoy their meals. These additions would enhance the overall experiece

What I liked most about the hotel was the master bed being in a separate space, yet still visible through the glass partition. It added a lovely balance of privacy and openness to the room's design. However, it would be even better if a roller blind were added for those who prefer more privacy. The room was clean and tidy, making my stay very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find a water filter with hot & cold option-a thoughtful touch compared to my previous experiences where hotels typically offered a kettle and mineral water bottles. Overall, a great experience.

I think this place is quite new as locals look quite confuse when i told them this place. However, upon checking, i think you can just browse for ‘The Park Residence’ for your ease of reference. Other than that, everything is perfect!

This place has almost everything and the owner is very helpful. If you want to stay nearer to Hatyai Village, then you can pick this place. It is not within the center, hence i can say this place really suit your option if you want to avoid hectic location.
