The location is outstanding—just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to the town. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. A special thank you to Ms. Nguyen, the Front Office Manager, for her exceptional hospitality and care during our visit.

Thin walls if you have noisy neighbours, a call to reception got it sorted.

This place is actually 5 stars in my opinion, awesome breakfast bar and the Chef even went out of his way to prepare a Thai dish that wasn’t on the menu for my wife the next day. The staff were very friendly and the amenities were excellent. Beds are very comfortable and the beach across the road is perfect. Close to everything all within walking distance, we had a blast!

The walls are quite thin, had noisy next door neighbours for a few nights but after a phone call to reception they got it sorted for me with no other issues.

Great location, the pool food and breakfast was very good, I booked the pool access room and was nice to swim to the pool bar to get food and drinks.

We had the Deluxe ocean view room. This is the room you want to stay here, more private with sea view. Below is the best Breakfast I have had in a long time. The Chef has a well executed plan with an amazing international buffet which changes each day

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality set the tone for a truly memorable experience. Shout out to Peach! Our room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed, including convenient laundry service. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife. The pool area was a highlight for us. It was the perfect retreat after a day at the beach, offering a serene space to unwind and soak up the tropical atmosphere. But what truly stood out was the food. The culinary offerings at Four Points were nothing short of exceptional. From the lavish breakfast spreads to the delicious lunch and dinner options, there was something for everyone. We especially loved the variety, with authentic Thai dishes, Indian cuisine, and more to explore. The New Year’s Eve celebration hosted by the hotel was the best on the beach—fun, festive, and unforgettable! We loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to return. Four Points Phuket is a gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful island!

The pools were a little small and sometimes uncomfortable to swim in with the rooms opening into the water. Tiny swim up bar and they closed early. I hated having no balcony, no windows to open and no view...very expensive room only stay.

The shower temperature fluctuated slightly, but it wasn’t a major issue.

The staff was warm and welcoming and the room was spacious. We especially loved the swimming pool with the ocean view—it was a highlight of our stay!

The breakfast is underwhelming if you’re a Muslim. Hallal options though not seperated and risk of cross contamination is high so we opted out of breakfast on many days.

Breakfast could be better - focus on good quality. Reception area was not very welcoming - this could have been because of the busy period but it was full of luggage and navigating around was a nightmare. Very expensive!

Great location. Good facilities including the gym and pool. We went for NYE so it was packed and very busy. The pool was very busy but the beach is across the road and great location. Very close to Bangla Road.
