We had 2 issues: 1. Our room had no window we could open and it causes the room to smell a little bit from mold. It wasn’t really bad but we felt it especially when we came into the room after being out for a while. 2. I think the walls are pretty thin because we could hear the family in the room next to ours. They shouted and slammed doors. We called the reception and they sent someone over to ask the neighbors to be quiet. It didn’t help but at least they have tried.

Overall we had a great experience. The staff is super nice and friendly the pools are wonderful and the breakfast is great!

Staffs are nice, location of the hotel is great, the most impressive thing is the room could access the pool directly, buffet breakfast has wide range of various food item with value of money, resturant provide an excellent food for lunch.

The hotel is not far from a mosque which could be a bit of a problem when the prayer is a t 4.45 am. Would advise for all rooms facing the mosque to have better sound proof windows or you will wake up if you have light sleep patterns

You realise that you are in a high 4 star from how you are welcomed for the checkin. We were offered a cold drink (usually you go and self serve from room temperature dispensers). From a very variegated breakfast to polite and helpful staff the hotel is worth the price paid. I really enjoyed the pool facing the sea, perfect at the end of a day on the seaside, to contemplate the sunset. It has an equipped gym open 24/7 for who wants to keep on with his/her routine.

The check-in was bit slow. The registration is always busy and full of people, so it takes time until you can get a response. The rooms were not cleaned on daily basis. we had to ask the hotel to clean the room after 2 days that it wasn't cleaned. Also the rooms are bit pricy, especially for Thailand.

The rooms are nice and big, very suitable for a couple. The hotel has a big a well organized dining room, a small but compact gym and a perfect pool right on the street and very close to the beach.

We were told off for eating crisps at the pool which was a little rude given we were spending so much money on other food including pizza and cocktails. Our room view was disappointing - we looked onto the back of a building and not a lot of light got in - i suggest paying more and getting pool view or sea view for a perfect stay.

An amazing hotel in the perfect location - easily able to walk to bangla road but far enough away to be relaxing. Pools are fabulous - happy hour goes from 3-5 in one pool and 6-8 in front pool - lovely to watch sunset with a cocktail. Beds and pillows were the comfiest i have ever slept. Staff so attentive and couldn’t do more for you

Best buffet hotel breakfast we have experienced. The Saturday night buffet was great value and beautiful food! The facilities overall exceeded expectation, the family pool / lounge area was perfect to relax while the kids swam. Who doesn't love a swim up bar! Location for a young family / group was perfect.
