Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RussiaIt's not about the villa itself - it's almost perfect (maybe little bit used in couple of places). But there's too few civilization around (which is great, on the other hand), so it's hard even to get to the shop, in case you don't have transport (but great host's maid offer her help). And the beaches nearby have garbage, unfortunately (although the sea is quite clean and wonderful) - but near the complex they cleant it.
Nice separate complex with few villas and calm pool. Nearby there're very calm beaches with no people - that's wonderful, the only thing is - they could be cleaner. But comparing e.g. to Rayong city - the beach here is clean enough. And it's better to have car or bike to move nearby, in other things - great calm place to relax. Villa is very good, and the host with his helper are great.

United KingdomSome of the fixtures in the house are showing signs of their age and require repair replacement. The washing machine does not spin, so wet clothing is coming out. The air conditioning could do with upgrading throughout but especially in the master bedroom where it was very poor. Considering the house sleeps 8 people, there is insufficient crockery and cookware to prepare and serve meals easily. The quality of these items could also be upgraded. The house sits in a complex, which I believe is 20 years old. The main building is looking tired and in need of attention, certainly the lifts and the inside the communal areas. We just used the pool/billiard room. The pool is good and didn't get overcrowded. Would I return? Yes, if the small issues with the house were resolved.
Firstly I must say that the communication with the owner was good from the day the booking was made. Answering all my questions and facilitating payment. The house is well located close to a clean beach. Also an easy distance to travel to local attractions in the surrounding province. It's large enough to accommodate the total of 8 people we had staying with sufficient beds and areas to relax.

United StatesThe place looks a lot older than it shows in the picture. We were supposed to be greeted by the staff but nobody was there. We didn't see the staff until 2 hrs before we check-out. Some of the air conditioners do not work well. The TV in the small room doesn't work. The house is not actually beach front, you can't see the beach from where you're looking. There was also power outage for 3-4 hours when it was raining as well.
The facility pool is very nice and clean.
