The room stunk of smoke,the shower door didn’t open all the way and the bed was very uncomfortable.The cleaning staff were awesome but the owners were not friendly at all.

It is impossible to check in early, even 30 minutes earlier. We arrived after a 12-hour flight, and our room is not ready yet. It's a little disappointing. The standard room is very small, please book another room. If you have a large bag, it won't fit on the threshold of a very small room. Besides, it's so noisy in here that you can hear other people from the other room talking, arguing, and when they close the door, it's so loud. We can't sleep for 2 nights because the kids are crying, playing and running all the way. 🥹

The hotel is conveniently located next to Patong Beach, a 5-minute walk away, there are many restaurants, 7/11 currency exchange offices. The hotel staff is wonderful, the cleaners are very helpful. Please tip them, they are all students. The reception staff is always ready to help.

Very small balcony, you couldn't enjoy the view

Hotel is small, nice, close to the beach, but thete is no normal balcony, no view just to old very ugly house. So just sleep and go somewhere. The girl by entrance doing very nice price for tours

The furnitures are a little worn out and would be nice to have a update on them. A modern change would be nice.

The property is located at a very nice place. The sea is a couple minutes walk away. The bus stop is very close if you want to visit the Old Town Phuket and only costs 40 BAHT. The room we stayed in was spacious and was facing the main road. We had no problems with the noise as it was quite once the windows were shut.

The staffs are nice, very helpful. They allow me to check in early as i was one hour earlier that day. Took 500bht as deposit but i guess its a fine amount. In front of shop got pancake stall but i missed to order there. The room was nice, spacious and beautiful. Best part is they have elevator 😊

Depending on who is in the rooms nearby it can be quite loud - had a few people shouting down the corridor during my stay. The balcony is also very small on the standard double rooms. It is good value for money to even have a balcony considering the price but it is worth bearing in mind that there’s no place to sit on the balcony.

Comfortable bed and clean room. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and some nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I liked that there was a desk and staff were friendly, greeting you warmly every day.

We hate Patong so wouldn't have usually stayed here but we were meeting friends. We liked that the hotel was tucked away and quiet from all the chaos but still super close to access all the main areas (few mins walk).

This hotel was unexpectedly one of the nicest we've stayed in. It had powerful aircon, a balcony, super clean, spacious room. The bed was super comfortable and they provided two big pillows each and a proper duvet. There is a lift also which was great not having to carry our luggage up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free coffee and tea, water. The value for money in this area was amazing for what we got.

tap water cannot be provided all day, we lived 3 days but 2 nights didn't have water. We cannot bathe and basic using. Hope the hotel can update relevant facility.

I do think that the furniture in the room that we were in is not practical, its to bulky & takes up unnecessary space. Only one pedastal is inconvenient. A redesign of the room could enhance the look & feel & make it even more comfortable than it is currently. The bathroom is fully functional but i do think the shower doors R outdated.

The place was clean, comfortable, a very convenient location, walking distance to Patong Beach & Jung Ceylon, it really suited our purpose. Tawri, Soh & their two assistants were very kind & hospitable as a team, always made sure that we were comfortable & happy by going the extra mile. Such a pleasure to meet good hosts when a person is travelling so far away from home, in our case South Africa. We were glad to see the upgrading of the reception area which really looks smart & does lift the image of the hotel as well. We hope that the upgrading will continue to take place overall. Our stay was gr8 & we look fwd to coming back again at some point.

The only small drawback is the noise from the street, but that’s price for staying close to the beach and bars.

The main asset is its excellent location. Patong Beach is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The staff is helpful, polite, and very friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily, well-equipped, and tidy. For breakfast, you can choose between fried eggs or toast, snacks, tea, and water available 24/7. The internet works great. Restaurants, shops, and pharmacies are nearby.

The air conditioner was weak as hell and the room is hot. The room could do with a good clean as there was hairs on the towels still and the bathroom was quite dirty still.

The lady on the front desk was amazing after I had issue's with my flight she let me store my bags and use the WiFi.
