ThailandDuring Songkran festival, it was hardly to find a parking lot, however since this hotel is a same chain of Central Sriracha Department Store, so I have to park at the second floor there. This parking lot open 24 hrs because it located in the same floor of jett fitness. I wonder about the shower room's concept? why the shower room has to be transparence and the room is too small. It hardly to change or dress up in the shower room. The hotel better give 2 key cards, it is more comfy rather ask the staff to help you get in to the lift every times when your friend is in the room and you come down to grab some snacks. I understand that it is about energy saving.
The front staffs are very nice, helpful and always smile esp. nong Dok Kaew. The location is very convenient. It about 400 meters from hotel to department store. The concept of the hotel are very good. 1) not wash all towels and change bed sheets during your stays : goooood for eco - friendly. 2) share common areas which you can eat, chat, play, work : there is kitchen utensils provided such as microwave, bowl, plates, cutlery. 3) pet friendly 4) the price of food beverages and snacks are acceptable (plus about 5-10 B. from conveneint store) 5) there is no the toothbrush set provided which I think it is not necessary if you forgot to bring your own, just but new one at the front. 6) cashless society. 7) there are some rooms for wheelchair customers.

SingaporeThe room that faces the main road is noisy. The soundproofing needs to be improved for rooms facing the main road. Unable to sleep to the noise from the traffic even at midnight. Guests are requested to clean the utensils in the common area, this ends up with used utensils left in the basin unattended for hours. Perhaps the hotel needs to review this.
The hotel is new, and clean, the room wifi speed is acceptable after midnight.
