How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The shower water drain was stuck so the water wouldn't go down. We asked the front desk to fix it but it still wasn't fixed during our stay and they didn't let us know.
Staff was friendly, hostel was clean, location was great, room was tidied everyday

Nothing all good.
Great hostel tucked away in a Thai community, super clean, location is great. Away from the touristy pockets no girlie bars, drugs, or drunks. This is Bangkok super cheap markets and food. Wifi very fast, refill water machine, check in quick and easy. This is one of my go to places in BKK especially when travelling solo. Five minute walk from Phaya thai station.

The room and bathroom are very clean. There is a place for hanging clothes to dry and washing machines to use inside the property.

Wall are not soundproof, so you can hear neighbours chatting or cleaning in the morning sometimes, but they are very mindful.
I stayed here the first and last days here in Thailand before and after going around the country. Very happy with the service, they kept our big luggage for a whole week without charge. Room has air condition and fan, very specious. 15 min by walk to Ratachewi station, which is well connected to all the shopping malls.

I can't really fault it for the price.
Great location, loved Soi 6 and all the food options, really centrally located but quiet traffic-wise and full of local life. The room had everything you need (except maybe more room to hang things), was comfy and was top end for such a budget. Downstairs was full of places to relax and even a kitchen to use. Would definitely stay again.

The room I got was quite dark and small. No daylight. There were constantly mosquitos coming into the bathroom.
It's a green Oasis in Bangkok, easy to reach from Phaya Thai Metro Station. Very friendly staff, modern rooms in beautiful houses. The hang out area is so beautiful and cozy. There is a small kitchen area with dishes to use and hot and cold water supply. I just had a warm feeling of being home.

I would recommend to change the linen and towels maybe after 2 days. And spray something for the ants.
The hostel has all the necessities you can look for: board games, microwave, water dispenser, a nice place to stay outside your room. It is located 7 min by walk from Ratchathewi Station, which is connected with most of the big Shopping Centre (all the Siam Centre, Centralworld, Platinum Fashion Mall, Terminal 21); and 15 min by walk from Phaya Thai which is connected to the Airport. The room was a good size with a lot of space for 2 big luggage and 2 small, and has everything you need. They accept only cash for the payment of the room, and they are quick to resolve any issue.

a little bit hard to find the hostel, especially taking the Grab car.
the service is good and convenient. even the wall and door are thin, it is quiet to sleep, not noisy. the view of the garden is super good to take pictures. the restaurants nearby are good to have dinner, the price of the food is a little bit cheaper than the restaurants in the downtown.

Maybe the distance to shopping malls. But there is transport available at any time. They have increased the rates so a little bit expensive.
It's a really lovely place. This is my 5th visit during the last 5 years. Extremely peaceful environment and staff was really good and helpful. Room was excellent and so were the other facilities. They really take care of you.

The Wi-Fi was patchy at times. The owners did their best to fix it (this was no easy job in the middle of the holiday season).
The place absolutely exceeded my expectations. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities. A great base for exploring Bangkok. I very much liked the neighborhood!

Nothing really..i need to think harder for this.. so u can imagine
The location is not bang on the main road, but tucked away like 10-12mins inside.. you need to pass through a typical food street which is bustling throughout the day and night.. Very safe and easily accessible by Grab.. multiple food joints, 7/11 and great clean rooms.. 24x7 service and help is available.. Great for couples and families.
