Good location, easy to walk around. Room with aircon fine, but room with no air con was way to warm. People knocking on doors at 4am so no sleep. Cleanish but bathroom had a bad smell. Reception was helpful in planning busses and trips but they closed at 19.

Rooms with only a fan and without air conditioning included get extremely hot, especially since we were assigned a top-floor room under the roof, exposed to direct sunlight. When offered the option to pay extra for air conditioning (almost the same price of our total stay), we declined, so we couldn’t use it even though it was installed in the room but not powered up. We found this a little cruel.

Bathroom was not the best, noisy fan. Little confusing to get around.

Despite of its rough appearance, I’ve got a pretty neat room. AC was great and the beds were comfy. Bathroom was a little old and has seem better days. It’s a fine place to spend couple nights.

We couldn't fully close the window. It was not possible, because of construction error. We felt unsafe to leave our stuff there while being away. Luckily nothing was stolen. Everything felt outdated -the bed, the refrigerator and TV. Sometimes the bathroom smelled bad. The shower and toilet were very close to each other. The toilet gets automatically wet if you try to shower. Walls are thin we could hear our neighbors coughing. When we checked in for our room we hadnt enough cash and were not allowed to pay with card and one of a receptionist kinda unfriendly said we should go to exchange money first. After we were back with cash she was all smiley and friendly.

The room had everything necessary in it. The hotel is not near the parties. So you couldn't hear loud music.

I suspect there was bed bugs in the mattress because I got many insects bites the day after. No air conditioning.

right under the balcony there is a sewer and most of the time there was a disgusting smell of sewage. the hotel does not say this. but this only concerns about 4 rooms on the second floor that face this way in the entire complex. as i understand the complex consists of 3 neighboring objects and they have a lot of rooms (20-60). so this does not apply to the whole hotel, but it affected our experience. you can ask to move you if you encounter this, but we needed 3 separate beds and we only slept in the hotel so we did not even ask to move us. but it was hard. either sleep with the balcony closed and a little fresh air that came from the ventilation in the bathroom but also had a faint smell.

The room itself and the staff are very nice. The view from the balcony is good.

Having to cross a bridge where it seemed open sewage (at least the smell of it) to reach the property, the window of the room was in a corridor which felt a bit jail like

The water in the shower smelt a bit sulphuric but you have to understand that phi phi doesn’t have the facilities like mainland.

Warm welcome and quick check in. Good price for 2 travellers sharing. All the rooms up stairs backed onto a balcony with tables to sit and chill or dry your clothes easily. Good aircon! ❄️❄️❄️

For Phi Phi ok as a guest house. Everything is more expensive on the island. Older guesthouse with old furniture but it was ok with airco to stay there.

Harmony House is of course a bit old and outdated which you can expect for this price point. The stairs are difficult to get up to the rooms in case you have a problem with that there is no elevator. The bedsheets need updating and the bathroom is very old and needs renovating.

Harmony House is an amazing place for a full budget stay in Phi Phi. It’s really fair what you’re getting for how much you’re paying. Location is very central. The rooms are big and if you go for the AC room you’ll be fine. The balcony is also very nice. Staff is super nice and always there to help and assist.

Had a room with a fun but the room was in direct sun all day so even having the fan on didn't help with cooling down the place.

Very basic facilities, a little bit smelly around the property. DO NOT BOOK ROOM WITH ONLY FAN. We made this mistake and we were sweltering all night.
