The stairs may bother some people, but we are a active family and it did not bother us at all. We liked everything about the hotel.

The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the sea view every morning while we were having our breakfast. a Nice and quite hotel. We had seaview from our room.

145 steps from beach to room (kept us fit so can’t complain) we had to pay for a taxi boat every night to get to the main area, very little going on in this area (again some people might prefer this so not a complaint)

We stayed here for Christmas & the staff went above & beyond for all guests. Spacious rooms. Located above the beach, if you book the right room would get a good view.

Free transfer from the main pier for check in/check out. I liked the location because it was far from the noisy city center, but that depends on the expectations. 2 beaches close to the hotel, good restaurants nearby.

Location, too much mosquitos, they provided me a room for 2 persons without any door in the toilet that was extremely embarrassing and unpleasant, staffs could have been more humbled. Everyone must know before booking that their location is far away from the center/main pier, u've to catch a connecting long tail boat each time u go to the center which costs 100 baht/person oneway.

Very bad hotel, very bad reception, you need to climb more than 100 stairs to reach the reception. Room furniture is very old and dirty. There is no door for bathroom, it’s only curtain. I had to change my hotel that night. Not recommended at all, you can sleap on the beach and go to this hotel

Had to stay here for food one night as there was a storm. Wish we hadn't bothered ordered a starter and two mains starter and main came out no other main. When we eventually managed to get a hold of someone they went to the kitchen and reordered the other main but left the cold portion of rice. And to be honest the food wasn't that great either sort of soured our view of the resort

The hotel is very neglected and worn-out. The rooms need to be renovated. Also the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Linen and sheet bed weren’t clean, they smell like they were used. Poor breakfast. No TV signal. The staff (especially the lady who welcome guests didn’t seem helpful). For almost 100eu per night just find sth better.

Location is good. The view is amazing. Transfer to Tonsai Bay also was okey.

Horrible location on the top of hill with 132 steep steps to get to reception. So to go anywhere such as swimming or lunch it's 264 steps up and down. The room is shabby crude and very poorly appointed. No door between the bedroom and bathroom with the toilet 6 feet (2 meters) from the bed. No nightstands beside the bed, no drawers or shelves, no lock on the inside so you can't lock your door. And on the outside you have to struggle with a giant Yale lock, that won't close easily, and a hinge to lock the door. The toilet and shower are together so you get your feet wet using the toilet. The AC is right over the bed freezing you at night. Breakfast is limited and basic.

When I got to the room there were stains on the mattress. On top of that I was never told about the walk from the pier to the hotel which was incredibly dangerous since I did it at night because there were no taxis. When I told the staff about this they just told me I should’ve asked and that it’s my fault even though they told me it was an easy 40 min walk. In general the staff were very hostile to any complaint or discomfort. On top of all of that there was no hot water

If looking to stay out late/party maybe not the best location. Long beach is quite isolated from the main part and you need to get a longboat everywhere (only about 300 baht each way but they get expensive late). But for us was perfect - we much preferred this side of the island anyway as we were looking to explore the island rather than go out and drink which we can do at home!

On Long Beach - the most beautiful beach we have ever seen. Staff super friendly - greeted us with juice on arrival, upgraded us for free, gave us lots of advice and helped us secure two boat tours for a great price. Beautiful view from the room. Very clean. Breakfast great - especially the pancakes and scrambled eggs.

Location and facilities

Just ok for couple who want to chill in room and beach, market is far and need boat taxi which frustrating in low tide and high tide time specially in june to October. In hotel there is no facility like pool and restaurant is also limited. The biggest problem is the commute from hotel to central place every time you need to pay 100-400 bath per person for one way. Even hotel staff told that they will help you out for boat taxi later they said come by walk which is 45 min, strictly Not recommended, try to book in central phi phi or come back to hotel as soon as possible.

Washrooms in couple room should have doors or slides or waterproof shades. From the beach to get upto the hotel there should be some easy alternative. Climbing so many stairs is tiresome for tourists specially aged person.

We liked the natural and unobstructed view of Phi Phi up from the hill. Accommodation were very cozy. Staffs were very much friendly and helpful. We could hire long tail boat from the reception of the hotel which was very much helpful.

You need to take boats to/from the town center (which access depends on the tides).

The dinner took quite a long time to arrive, but we ordered pizza, which generally takes longer to prepare.

The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was amazing. We also loved the bungalow, it had such a remote yet fancy vibe, peace and quiet everywhere, we were even visited by a few kittens which really made our evening there so special. The property is on the beach and we didn’t mind the stairs at all, they were sturdy and wide and only took 5 minutes to go up. No need to carry any luggage because they have an automated system that carries it all the way up for you. We had a magical weekend and we would have honestly loved to spend more time there.

On arrival at the port the meet and greet person from the hotel was nowhere to be seen and one of the other hotel meet and greet staff has to find him for us. A bit disconcerting as it was our first time on Phi Phi. Also the cats were cute but we didn't like to have to push them off the table when we were eating.

Beautiful villa, had an upgrade on arrival which was nice, welcoming staff, lovely grounds with butterflies and flowers, comfortable bed. Clean and tidy, liked the umbrella which came in useful!

If you're looking for parties (we were not) then stay at Phi Phi center instead.

Perfectly located above the beach just a few stairs below (I personally enjoyed the exercise). The staff is super friendly and always helpful. The breakfast is ample and tasty. The view from the patio was very nice and the wifi stable enough to work while enjoying the view.
