No boat transfer from TonSai Pier directly to the hotel not even a partnership with someone you have to manage boat taxi by yourself (not really that big problem, but other hotels have their signs with boat here) Food is overpriced we didn’t eat there (In hotel PadThai for 320 bahts few steps out of the resort you can have it for 1/2 or 1/3 of the price) = all the hotel restaurants and bars almost empty all the time everyone was eating outside of the resort

A lot of musquitos in the evening and the high taxes (almost 30%). Also the market shop it's too expensive since at 100m you find the same products twice or 3x cheaper.

The resort has everything you need, amazing views nearby, nice beach and good food. Also the accommodation area is very well organized and maintained, and you can make short walks. The bungalow (one room) was very good for a family with one child, clean and spacious!

The mosquitos, it’s one of the worst places we have experienced mosquitos. The units at the top near sunset bar are a bit run down. There are areas in the resort that need some attention which could help with the mosquito situation.

The staff at Phi Phi holiday resort really make the experience extra special. They are so attentive to detail and personable experience. The food at Jimmy’s is amazing and the rooms were comfortable. There is always someone will to assist you.

whilst the sea was rough due to cyclones in the wider area and storms blowing in is a notable reason, not enough effort was made by the hotel to ensure beach litter was collected. we went in 'off season' and a lot of the complex was closed, sunset bar, monkey bar, sunset restaurant notably being closed, but advertised and explained as 'open today' a growing common theme thought Thailand appears to the that the locks on the sliding doors to the pools from your room don't work, this place had the same issue... it seems small it's a minor annoyance

our second time in this hotel, 5 year break in-between.... situated in a very pretty part of the island, it's a little paradise to go about doing very little, all the transport you require are floating nearby ( longtails ) but if the weather isn't great your options are limited to solely around the islands shoreline. our first stay was in a bechfont bungalow, this time we opted for sunset bungalows with private pools, which in our opinion are a worthwhile upgrade. staff keep the rooms and pool very clean and well presented. staff are friendly and helpful.... the unsung hero's being the buggy drivers who were constantly ferrying us around. food was good, albeit breakfast options while there were many choices, weren't special.... I feel this missing touch would match the expectations given by the magnificance of the beach and views.

The infinity pool was shut for servicing. That wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking. The beach has a lot of local boats that dock in close to the reception and restaurant area - can smell of diesel

After reading a few reviews that mentioned cleanliness issues, I was wondering if booking the resort was a good idea. But it was THE BEST IDEA EVER! The property is beautiful, big and diverse. The cleanliness is top notch and the staff is amazing and friendly. We stayed in the beachfront villa (101 to 108 are similar rooms. The beach is very clean and pristine.

The facilities are nice but the buildings are not maintained. The bed sheets were stained. We took a room with a pool but the garden the room overlooked was not maintained.

The hotel is in a beautiful location by the sea. The breakfast varieties were sufficient. The buggy car service was good. There was even mosquito repellent in the room, which was a well-thought-out detail. The shade of blue in the sea was wonderful

Staff did not inform us of nearby eateries which were not part of the hotel. They seem to want guests to spend at theirs only. We were stuck with dinner at the resort restaurant which did not have any mango dishes and no coconut juice. We found out about other restaurants next to it on our last day, which was too late by then. It will be beneficial of the hotel to inform on these other options of restaurants to guests. Lastly, lighting in the toilet can be improved, it was too dim and dark.

Everything in the resort was great! We had the ocean view room with pool. Spacious and serene with amazing sunset. There was lots of variety at Breakfast.

Decking around our private pool was in need of attention. The sunset pool had a problem with the mosaic tiles coming unstuck. The TV in our room had no signal. Be aware that there are no roads on the island so you can only travel around by boat. This is not a cheap resort but sometimes you get what you pay for and this is definitely worth paying for.

Stunning location with very helpful and friendly staff. Everyone from the lady who checked us in to the gardener was really nice. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety and excellent quality. Paddle boarding and canoeing were free. Great snorkelling right off the beach. Systems for getting us to the resort and onwards to our next destination were efficient and stress free.

It is very dated. The patio around the ‘private’ pool was badly maintained, the pool was also very overlooked by the next door villa which I didn’t like. The lock on my door was so rusty that it broke so I was locked out- exactly the same happened to another villa 3 doors away at the same time. The water in the coffee machine has clearly been sat for a while and things were floating on it. I had to scrub it before refilling to make a coffee. The shower-head was very rusty and the water pressure really low - I was glad I had short hair! The towels were also quite worn and frayed.

If you want to escape and have peace and quiet, detached from the world, this was ideal in a stunning setting. The staff were great and very welcoming/accommodating

The pool in our villa was quite shallow, and the water level seemed a little low to what it could have been, but otherwise it was amazing.

We mostly loved the beautiful beach at this resort, it was so clean and uncrowded, you could find a spot all to yourself. We had dinner at the restaurant every night and it was exceptional, even for my husband who is a fussy eater found there were plenty of options that were great for him. We stayed in an ocean sunset pool villa, which was well appointed and had amazing views.

We did not have supper at this resort as the food was overpriced and the service was terribly. We walked along the beach to another resort for our suppers (Phi Phi Natural Resort). The main pool had no shade and almost no umbrellas. The breakfast area needs a revamp (broken floor tiles etc). The breakfast was pretty basic.

The room we stayed in was a decent size and well equipped. Nice gym. Three pools in good condition. large resort so you need to phone for a buggy to get around. The beach is beautiful with lovely shade trees with Chrystal clear water. The hotel is reasonably priced.

We didnt know there were renovated rooms available. We were staying at the old part. Worn out but still functioning. It is just a bit disappointing to come and see you could have used a little bit more money and get new rooms. However everything was working in the old rooms.

Beautiful views and beach, three pools to choose from, very good cleaning service and room service. Away from tourists, calm and clean beach.
