Breakfast was so so; for example; no real butter, no fresh pineapple and Mango although it’s high season now. Bread toast still from 7/11 and average, invest a bit more and have really good bread🙏

There was some dirt in the room, especially on the soap holder which was very stained and the hot water maker that was in a bad looking condition. The room is relatively small and is missing a wardrobe, however there is space under the beds, which for a 5 day trip did the job.

Very good value for money, the staff was top level, always open to assist when organising the trips to the nearby islands.Amazing view of the mountains from the pool area, and a parking lot that is big enough to accommodate the groups leaving for excursions in the morning.

It was a 15min walk from the beach - which I actually liked, but may not be suitable if with small children.

The location was great - it was a quiet area but still very near the main street , the view from the balcony was lovely.

Would like to see breakfast included at time of booking. Breakfast was buffet, quiet expensive if you don't eat very much.

the reception didn’t offer to help us with our luggage even though she saw and mentioned the amount we had to carry, they forgot twice out of two times to give us new towels, for the price i expected a little bit more, the woman where you can book the transportations was sweat but couldnt really help with the details for the trips and we had complications understanding each other

the rooms are nice and clean, the air condition was very good, the pool looked nice and clean too

Rooms is very outdated, towels seems like they are 5 years old. The kettle looks dirty and it’s seems not been replaced in 10 years. The water in the shower is far away from hot. There is a door between the rooms and you can hear the neighbors talking.. the staff is very very slow on check in. They are friendly and professional, just very slow.

    Very comfortable beds and pillow.

The room was quite small and in need of refurbishment... almost no place to put the suitcase and no shelf space or wardrobe for things... furniture all with some in very mediocre condition. Also it was not very clean- there was a half empty coke left in the fridge from previous guests, hairs on the balcony and the nightstand was sticky as well as around TV was dusty...

The location was very good- walking distance to beach, also free shuttle service available and amazing views on mountains. Also liked the pool area and greenery.

The room is very small. Furniture is worn out and needs renovation. Surfaces have spots and dirt, especially the bathroom. The curtains were attached with velcro and were falling off. It was a very expensive hotel and the price didn't correspond to the quality offered.

The bed is very comfortable. Good location, next to the main ao nang street in a quiet corner, and close to the beach where the boat trips start. It has a tiny balcony, useful to dry swimsuits.

The last night, we decided to have dinner buffet at the hotel which is not ok. The foods are not so many options like breakfast. We found out later that dinner buffet just for the group tours. It's not really worth for the price. We asked for refund of course we can't get it back. They apologized us by giving us a plate of fruits. This story taught us to asked or observed things before we buy. The cleaning staffs took 2 days to get our room. They have so many guests per 1 day so this hotel always full of people.

Breakfast, pool, room and service are very good.

Room had no proper wardrobe (had to live out of suitcase). Room in need of decoration, bathroom quite battered. Musty smell from air con (probably due to age)

Cheap, nice swimming pool and massage station by pool. Convenient location and free shuttle to beach provided. Comfortable bed.

Very few sun beds and sun parasols round the pool. Some were broken, so it made it difficult to make use of the pool. The hotel should invest in new and more sunbeds and parasols. The room was small with no wardrobe. The hotel lobby was dusty. Insufficient attention was given to cleaning dust under tables. The hotel was priced too high for the quality.

    Beds were comfortable

Pathetic Attitude and behaviour of those in charge of restaurant and juice / liquor bar - Day 1 - not sure about his name ( maybe Anat ) and his colleague did not allow us to enter the restaurant for dinner ..reason cited -already closed for the day .. it was 10 pm at that time and only half an hour earlier he had told me that they are open till 10.30 pm . Day 2 : we ordered a pizza and just to make sure that except chicken no other meat ( pork or beef) should be added I had requested that he ensure the same .. he actually mocked me by sarcastically saying something to his colleague. When I asked him what he was doing he argued rudely .. Day 3: and on the last night of our stay there once again when we wanted to have dinner at the restaurant which was empty btw .. this guy Anat came running and literally shooed us out saying they are cleaning early - it was only 9.30pm and officially the restaurant is open till 10.30pm .. as my daughter had an upset stomach , we wanted to eat safe food ..we said fine we will sit outside that too he objected to and said that area too is going to be cleaned soon . .. he wanted us to sit on an isolated table with high stools . I refused and gave him a piece of my mind .. While I do understand Ibis styles is a no frills budget friendly hotel , bad attitude and rude behaviour of staff should not come as complimentary items ! Guests can easily do without these .

    Good location ; twin rooms were given ; bed were comfortable ;

Don't use cash at this hotel, otherwise a good stay.

One particular staff member would pocket our change and not return it. Do not use Cash at this hotel, you will be taken advantage of especially if you are female.

The staff were friendly and helpful our entire stay. My daughter got sick and needed medical attention and they extended our room to allow her to recover, as well as drove us to a clinic. Our room shower had mold but the location was near the markets, taxis and restaurants. All excursions picked you up from the hotel. the hotel drives to the beach a few times a day in a tuck tuck that you can ride in there and back. There was one staff member who would not give us our full change back when we paid cash and would pocket it. I WOULD NOT PAY CASH HERE. Otherwise, the pool is fun for toddlers, they have a little playground and most of the staff are stand-up individuals. Just pay card at the restaurant and bar especially with a female server. Most people in the area were awesome to work with, and despite these issues listed - Id stay here again (just wouldn't use cash)

It's about a 25 minute walk from the beach. The facilities were basic, the beds are so hard and the walls in the room were dusty. It was a good price for 9 days. Rooms are very very small and there's no storage.

It was great for disabled access.

Rooms are small. Family room is OK, but standard room way too small, no closets or place where you can put your clothes or luggage, tiny. Everything is covered with dust and needs to be cleaned properly. Balconies, outside area, elevators, everything is dirty. We played cards in the reception lounge area, I tried to wipe the table and it was just covered with the layer of dirt.. Also on Dec 31 the closed the swimming pool for one full day without any prior notice. We had plans to stay at the pool that particular day and it was a complete surprise in the morning.

Great view of the mountain forests, close to the beach, breakfast has good variety, swimming pool is good size.

The towels could be renowned since they are old, The breakfast could be with a more variety of fruits, Would be so nice to have some cheese and different types of ham/salami.

The staff, the pool and view, the cleaning service done every day, water in the room almost every day (some day they forget to put either water or toilet paper). I liked that I could pay at the property via booking so I wasn’t charged extra for card payment.

Could hear next door so the walls must be a little thin!

Loved the pool area, massage by the pool too and a fair size for families. Lobby is lovely and the rooms are quite small and I would say it could have been a little cleaner but enough for a short stay in Krabi.

Booked door to door bus transfer with the hotel. Driver was terrible, taking 40 km/h corners at over 120km/h all tyres screeching, dangerous and unsafe. To cap it all off stopped in central Patong and told me if I wanted to go to my hotel it would take another hour at least as he missed my drop off and had to go to other hotels. I got out and had to spend another 500 THB on a taxi to my hotel. Terrible customer service, dangerous and definitely would not recommend using the Ibis Hotels door to Door Mini Bus service.

Nice hotel, good pool, friendly staff and location.

Great value for money in Ao Nang during Christmas/ New Year period. Even though the walk to the city centre/ beach isn't the shortest, I would consider it to be at a walkable distance both from the beach and street food. The massage we've got was also great!
