Amazing owners who were so generous and lovely. Great location near a little river area with shops, easy to walk everywhere. The room was very spacious and the shower stayed hot which was hard to find elsewhere! Amazing value for money

Jimmy and Jeng’s place has been the highlight of our trip so far, we were sad to leave. Jimmy and Na were brilliant hosts, they very welcoming, gave great recommendations and Jimmy makes great coffee. We’d return if we were visiting Chiang Mai again.

Lovely place! Jimmy is so kind, within minutes of arriving he helped me booked a ticket to Pai the following day, even when all seemed sold out! The room is cosy and comfy. Coffee and breakfast in the morning was also lovely! Enjoyed my stay!

This was honestly one of our best stays in a homestay ever. The room is basic, but good value for money in my opinion and has everything you need. The location is perfect, just outside the main area but easily walkable and in a more local spot. The couple who own the place are genuinely some of the nicest people we have ever met. Jimmy sat with us when we checked in and gave us map telling us some good spots to check out. We will definitely be coming back here when we are next in chiang mai!

The soap bar given as body wash. Objectively, it does the job, but I’d have preferred liquid soap, but that’s personal taste!

Great location, Jimmy and Jeng are extremely welcoming and helpful. It’s a very basic room, exactly as shown in the pictures, great for a short stay. The environment is BEAUTIFUL, very peaceful.

Staying here was like living in a little village, a chilling oasis. The owners are amazing people, super helpful and kind. They also organized a dinner party for the new years eve where we had the chance to meet the other residents. We really reccomand this place if you want to feel like home. Ps great coffee too

The bed was pretty hard for Westerners - but I actually found it reasonably comfortable.

Very welcoming, warm and friendly. Jimmy provided a wealth of useful local and cultural information and a few Thai language lessons at no extra cost!
