I would have liked to have more lighting from the window / desk side of the room, perhaps another lamp. Also, especially with the size of the room, it would have been nice to have a bigger table / desk.

The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great, and the AC was ON POINT. After walking around in the heat, it was so nice to come back to my ice box of a room (because I ran the AC quite a bit).

Breakfast needs some improvement as foods don’t seem to stay fresh or very hot. We had breakfast when they just opened so I’m unsure whether it improved in the peak of breakfast time.

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the old town making access to the tourist site very easy. We arrived on a Sunday and visited the weekend night market which was just a 5 min walk from the hotel. There is a "tuk tuk" taxis stand 1 min away making it even easier to get around. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit.

They charge you for pretty much everything in the room.

The property was close to some great restaurants, it was very easy to get around, and all the tours we took were able to pick us up directly from the hotel.

Amazing location in the center of old town Chiang Mai. The staff embodies Thai hospitality to perfection, helpful and always smiling. Clean, modern big rooms, comfy bed, and AC and shower/thermostat worked perfecly. There is also an information desk to book tours and activities. 10/10.

The bathroom in our room was very poorly designed. The shower hose was too short for us to be able to stand up in the bathtub. The bathtub was also leaking from the sides after showering.

The location was great, right in the central square. Restaurants and other amenities were very close. Very helpful and polite staff. We really enjoyed the pool and being able to order food and drinks straight to the pool area. They also have a laundry service, which we used and were happy with.

Nothing to not like.

Very well located: within the walls of the old city but just beyond the crush. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Room large and had all the amenities required. (The elephant on the bed ‘sculpted’ out of the towels was a wonderful touch.) The breakfast (included) was not expansive but had the basics including an omelette station. Small pool was appreciated as a respite at the end of the day.
