Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

She provided a classic example of how a service failure can be turned into triumph and a loyal customer. I left the hotel two hours before the earthquake. I hope all the staff have all recovered from this frightening experience.

IndiaThe property is a little dated considering it’s been around since 2005 or so. However the maintenance has been top notch and it doesn’t feel very old, though some fittings and furniture’s can appear that way
The property has a name owing to it being the filming location for the Hangover 2 movie and that’s how most people know about this property, however Lebua itself is an amazing experience. A grandiose structure with the golden dome on top visible from every ferry ride on the adjacent river, 10/10 staff who are courteous and hospitable, very spacious and well maintained rooms, good breakfast spread and the cherry on top is access to the Sky bar. A Bangkok experience is truly incomplete without experiencing this, or a property like this. Compared to an average European 5 star, this property is pretty affordable as well. Definitely recommended, don’t even think twice and book this property.

SingaporeThe gym was really small as compared to the scale of the other facilities. Equipment was pretty outdated and limited as well. So usually I don't get to workout there due to lack of space. However, because the room was so huge, I could do simple calisthenics. So it's all good!
I've been to Bangkok every year for 5 years and have stayed in many hotels. This was by far my favourite stay. Great location where you can travel across the river or to central Bangkok in a relatively short time. Room was so spacious with a spectacular view of the river and cityscape; especially in the evening with the sunset, is when the scenery comes alive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. I was also given a birthday cake on my birthday which I didn't expect. The breakfast buffet was extensive with lots of international options. What stood out to me was the bread, noodle and pancake station. The shower had great water pressure and the bathtub was a nice bonus to add on to the already relaxing and comforting stay. Housekeeping staff were so friendly as well; even though it was a greeting and some laughter, it made me feel very welcomed.
