The shower has hot water, but it interchanges between bursts of super hot water and bursts of cold water, it isn't a steady flow of warm water.

Cute bungalow. The bed was super comfortable, A/C worked well, quiet area. Staff is very helpful, you can book tours and taxis directly with them.

This was a perfect place, just a short walk to the beach and shops. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I have extended my stay here twice as I am very happy. It is also very quiet.

Great location. Really helpful staff. I was able to hire a scooter with no deposit direct from the resort. They have a laundry service on site as well. Small problem with the water heater was fixed quickly and well. Room cleaning was done daily and when I was out. Nice clean room with good air con and decent water pressure/temperature in a clean bathroom. Pleasant little seating area in front of the room as well. Nearby beaches, bars, restaurants are all good. Lovely place to stay I would definitely recommend it.

When it is low tide, it is not far from a nice sandy beach through the stairs right next to Chong Fah Restaurant. But when it is high tide, you have to go around and it is like 20 minutes walking (which generally is alright, but you definitely don’t want to keep going back and forth couple of times so just make sure you have everything with you for the day😊). With booking the Light Plus, they do not let you use the pool that belongs to the Light Khao Lak. Not a negative, just pointing it out.

The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, ladies at the reception are friendly. Location is good for restaurants and walking distance (20 minutes ish) to the night market as well as the tsunami museum. They leave out very simple breakfast in the morning (coffee, tea and toast) for free, which is a nice gesture.

Everything was Just perfect. Staff was very accommodating and always on hand to help. The bungalows allow to have privacy and everything was very clean. Walking distance to different beaches and also to the walking street. Highly recommend 🍀

Bathrooms are a hot-box, needs a shelf for personal items (at sink). Typical Thai decor and minimally adequate, clean. Aircon was average, and slow to cool small hot room. Power off (key tag) when not in use (understandable) yet bungalows get uncomfortably hot when aircon off / return to room. Window to front of bungalows / pathway means minimal natural light if you want privacy. Typical Thai curtains unfortunately.

Great location, quiet at night, close to beach, easy walk to nearby shops / restaurants. Scooter hire was simple and lets you explore Khao Tao properly / expand your options - recommend. 200THB/day Staff were helpful & kind, daily room service (not enviro-friendly towel management), generous 3 bottles water daily.
