Great if your under 40years & a party animal. The noise from next door, a Zoom-Bar disco & Kiss Bar was horrendous, supposed to close at 1am often went on longer, The weed smell on the air was very bad. A different location for this hotel would have been fabulous even the owners complained about the noise & even rang the police when it went on beyond 1am.

It is so close to a loud bar area, this made it hard to sleep when you have a child. Maybe families could the the other side of the hotel.

This hotel has the worst service I have ever encountered. At first, I thought the bad mood of the woman at the reception was due to a bad day or her not feeling well, but later I realized that this is her usual state. She was rude not only to me but also to other hotel guests. She was in no hurry to solve problems and, on the contrary, did everything to make guests nervous and ensure their issues remained unresolved. I specifically chose a room with high-speed internet, but in the end, I was placed in a room where there was no internet at all—none! I contacted the staff, and they took turns coming to the room to check the network, but of course, there was none. I approached the woman at the reception and asked her to either fix the internet or move me to another room. Her response was, "Those who need Wi-Fi buy a SIM card" (even though I have a SIM card, I need the internet for work—it's different!!!). I asked her to resolve the issue, but she simply started ignoring me, not answering questions, and going about her business. I have never seen worse treatment of a guest in any hotel!!!! As a bonus, there was music from a nearby bar. Keep in mind that it’s not just loud—it feels like you’re lying in the middle of a dance floor!!!! The room had a musty smell. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone if you don’t want to ruin your stay.

The music was so loud it felt like building was vibrating at night but you can’t really complain as this is in the centre of Ao nang and it’s a good price for such a central location . The location is great if you are in Ao nang for the nightlife .

Our room was right behind a bar where the music could be heard quite loudly at night. It wasn't a problem for us since we don't have trouble sleeping, but if that's not the case for you, I would recommend not staying here.

BEST location in Aonang. Lots of restaurantes and shops around. Supper easy to get in and out of the room as it was on the first floor. Room was cleaned and confortable.

Was clearly understaffed as we had to stand and wait ages to be spoken to, with our heavy bags, then lugged them up to the room which hadn’t been cleaned & had other peoples things in still, after coming back down and waiting 10 or so mins to be seen againn we were told to wait for another 30 mins before being moved to another room, not told the WiFi code, the shower blocked up and it was really noisy at night from the club right next door. The one person working behind the desk was also working in one of the visa boxes at the front of the hotel which added to the wait, and he didn’t speak very much English which led some difficulties getting checked in, none of the Chanels were in English and when I wrote in to try and ask the question of whether we had to move the next day as we stayed there for 2 days and he had said something about us moving rooms but we had an activity at 8, no one replied. Just overall more stressful than it had to be and couldn’t get much help, and expensive for what it was! Overall was passable.

nice location and friendly enough staff, nearly had a beach view & sunset was nice. I’m sure some of the more expensive rooms had better views but we paid nearly £90 for 2 people and felt it was expensive for what it was.

Lots of security cameras all over the hotel. No safe. No coffee tea sugar or coffee mugs in room. Beds not comfortable.

Great location. Shops and restaurants right next to hotel. 500m from the beach. Beautiful swimming pool. Rooms were spacious with good air conditioning. Reception staff were helpful.

Lady manager worst ever. Never had someone that rude. They provide tea/coffee maker but no cup and when i asked for a cup she told me off and said go to 7eleven and buy your cup!!. Other reviews are also mentioning how bad she is If she is the manager please fire her, if she is the owner, then quit your job and go find some other job where u wont interact with customer.. Just another note, which we can all live with but no curtain in the shower, wifi didnt reach my bed so price tag for a night is not worth it
