Pools sunbeds everything is old nobody doesn’t do anything for service on the pool. Building itself is old, location is just if you want to be close to airport. Price is much higher than it should be for such level of the hotel though room was really good

We stayed for 5 nights with the family. Pleasant stay and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you want to be out of the hustle of Phuket.

The family room was blah - literally nothing to offer. There were days where I don’t think housekeeping touched our bathroom. The children’s pool area was lovely but in desperate need of upkeep - sections were rusted, paint peeling, plastic faded. We had massages in the spa and the masseuse left at various intervals to take calls or attend other customers, which contributed to a less relaxing massage.

The pool complex is the jewel in the crown in this property. We were a larger family group so we had one room with pool access and one family room. The pool access room beat out the family room without even trying. Just better layout and ambiance and POOL. For the most part it was easy to coordinate with the front desk. A little remote but tuktuk accessible to a 7/11 along other small shops

Some rooms are located very far from the entrance, lobby and restaurant. The lobby and restaurant, of course, cannot be relocated or broken. However, I feel they can make more than one entrance/exit so that guests at rooms far from the main entrance can use alternate entrance/exit to easily get out of/get into the property. They have a few golf carts to help move guests, but probably inadequate in number.

Admittedly we came from a luxury resort in Khao Lak so comparisons are unfair, but the property was a bit tired. Staff while pleasant simply weren’t as friendly and the breakfast was more limited.

This place is in the middle of nowhere. The concept is great but for some reason it’s rather empty, which is odd. Maybe I went during the off season. The breakfast was too simple. Also the room is abit dated. I ended up not using the bathtub. Don’t come here if you are expecting Patong party.

The resort is pretty, architecture wise. It front a beach, that is serene and isn’t crowded. The room is big with a nice mattress. Took the room with the bathtub at the veranda. The bathroom and shower area are great. Nice hot water and the shower pressure is excellent. Went for a swim in the pool and it was great. The poolside bar was closed though.

Beautiful rooms. The kids actually had a separate room that had sliding doors to our room. The pools were beautiful and long stretching, connecting the ground floor rooms and there was a slide that the kids could splash into the water on. We stayed far too short to enjoy all of the facilities.

We couldn't get WiFi in our room. No room service before 11am. Taxi's arranged by the hotel were very expensive.

I loved this place. It's traditional Thai mixed with luxury. We had a pool room and I wish we had booked to stay longer. The food was great and the staff lovely. I would love to stay here again. The booking.com photos don't do this place justice.

Abandoned feel. Also, the building feels very old, to be honest. The surroundings are very abandoned. Lots of unworthy buildings and an unfinished garden at the outside. But it wasn't expensive though.

Staff is super helpful and kind. Very good room service. The room was clean.

The general feel of the large corridor which you use to access the rooms is dark and dingy. The views around the property are average with a ruined hotel between you and the beach. The poolside bar is VERY limited. The staff member sat a distance away from the actual bar and it took 30 min to get our drinks. He seemed very hassled by our orders for food too. Lucky the pool was awesome and the room was very affordable. Breakfast was a fairly good spread, and included so that’s great. Reception was friendly on arrival. Location great if you’re flying out early.

The pool is amazing. Great for kids. The rooms were clean and neat. Bed had a cute towel animal made and displayed.

The location is just a bit too far away from points of interest. Shops are a 20 minute walk

The hotel is fantastic but it is a bit remote from other amenities. The beach is lovely but unfortunately the sea was too rough to swim in.
