In extremely hot and humid conditions both our rooms’ AC did not work. We requested repair daily and on the last night our children were moved to a different room where the AC worked 100%. We ended up sharing their room as ours was unbearable. Cleaning could be done better as we saw dirt in our room from when we came to the day we checked out.

Loved the spacious rooms and private pool access. Nan at the restaurant was simply awesome and her service and attention to detail was amazing. We loved this quiet part of Phuket as we just wanted to rest for a few days before the craziness of Krabi and Patong.

Breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from, rooms were lovely, pool and pool bar were fantastic and the beds were comfy and spacious rooms. Location was great for our last couple of nights to then head to the airport and right next to a gorgeous beach. Very relaxing stay.

Location isn’t great, staff aren’t very helpful or welcoming! We were laughed at when trying to order food! No one was around to take orders etc. food was terrible including the restaurant food not just buffet. Very little around and had to travel a long way to find anything, my fault for not researching better! But overall wasn’t happy with the staff.

Swimming pool was lovely and the hotel looks amazing.

Coffee at breakfast could be better

The room was large and beautifully decorated. Great shower. Great Balcony with Bathtub and seaview. Amazing 500m long pool. Great beach side location. A bit remote but there are tuk tuks and I had a scooter

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff did more than every to fulfill all my wishes. The room is decorated with a lot of love and so many details and breakfast was beautiful. Especially because of the amazing staff and the beautifully decorated rooms I'd always come back. :)

For being a 5 star hotel I was very disappointed found there was no mini bar or anywhere to buy snacks, we had to wait until breakfast which was not good as our flight arrived late. The hotel had no soul .🥲

This property was perfect for 2 nights prior to returning home after our holiday. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Great proximity to the airport. Quirky traditional Thai style hotel. Great views from spacious, ocean view room. Loved the bathtub on the balcony! Delicious evening meal in restaurant. Great room service. Fantastic massage at spa. Would absolutely recommend a stay here!

I've never stayed anywhere as dirty as this. The bedding was putrid, stains EVERYWHERE, on EVERY BED. Stains on towels too! Pools had so much debris I didn't allow any of our team to go in them. The smell in the walkways on the ground level, the outdoor walkways smelt SO bad. We also didn't realise we'd be getting such a view of destroyed buildings? Or are they being built? It looks like they're left over from the tsunami... Not sure but was a very very bad vibe and made me feel really sad that this was the first impression of this beautiful country that my team were getting.

Reception staff were super lovely, the grounds itself has so much potential and if you don't look closely or smell, it is very beautiful.

The WiFi isn't great, you have to log in every time you use it and it can be unreliable (difficult if you're working online)

Everything was wonderful, we returned to this hotel every time we go to Phuket. My favorite part of this hotel is the bathtub (rare to find a bathtub with HOT water in Thailand). The breakfast is great, there are a lot of vegetarian options. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

the hotel could do with updating. We found the bed uncomfortable (very hard which some may like) and air conditioning noisy. Pool area was disappointing.

The hotel has a lot of character with a distinctive entrance area. The room was very large and we liked the shower/bath facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Very close to beach.
