The tiles on the pool area are DEADLY slippery.....Yes I made nose dive face first in on the corner of sun chaire one evening when I got up from the pool and walked to pick up my towel. No blood bath but swollen upper lip and a scabby knee

The swimming pool and pool.area let the Hotel down Whoever designed this pool clearly did not take into account the fact that it was forever in shade and not enough Sunbeds. Constant "traffic noise" at night from outside

Very hard to get in and out of the pool from the pool access room ( Big last step) Okay if you’re under 60 or don’t have bad knees or hip.

The thing that needs to be improved is the flow in the shower, there is no water flow.

Bathroom, combined bath and shower not really resort material. Rooms are non smoking but balcony smoking is allowed. As a non smoker it is disgusting that there is smoke all around you when on your porch or in the pool. Pool is in between the buildings so there is no clean air.

The room balcony Asked to change room from on with no balcony, Which hotel staff agred and we were given a room with a balcony which I am sure was the noisest area near busy road and noisy air conditioning unit It's absolutely horrible no relaxing time

The location was good, near the big shopping centre. The staff was amazing The pool wasn't that good,to cold. I didn't like the fact that the bathroom didn't have a shower,it only had a bath tap. Didn't have something to hang out our wet swimming costumes.

Personally I think breakfast should be included.Also if you need your bed changing they charge you.So we were there for one week.so obviously we need the bed changing.

The breakfast was too expensive for what you could get.we used to buy a club or tuna sandwich for brunch which we shared for nearly a quarter of the price for 2 breakfasts.

Staff were always helpful and accommodating. The position of the hotel was good with a local bar and restaurant just 50 yards away that we made our local.

I had a room next to the main road, sitting on the balcony was quite noisy and smelled of exhaust fumes and I’m bed at night regular ambulances due being across the road to the hospital. Plus not enough sun beds around the pool

The room was very spacious and kept clean every day. The pool and surrounding areas were very well groomed. We were very happy with the breakfast, a great selection of food for breakfast, cooked to a high standard and options changing daily.

The biggest, comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Booking a pool access room was well worth it. Whilst we didn't enjoy Patong this wonderful hotel made it worthwhile

I had requested a double bed but received 2 singles. I didn’t want to make an issue of it. The signal on the Tv wasn’t great at times.

Staff were the highlight here. Billy at the pool was amazing. Food was really good in the restaurant. It was excellent value for money.

Pool towels when I checked in the lady said she would get them delivered to the room, they never arrived for my whole stay. Disappointing.

This is my second time staying at Nipa and I always enjoy, its close enough to the city but not right in the busy central Bangla road , close to the beaches which is great as I go everyday, nice local restaurants around. peaceful hotel even when busy, pool is avg size but good enough for even families, has a little bar by the pool which is handy. Overall Great location. Staff generally friendly if you need anything, breakfast is good selection and taste, a little expensive compared to outside venues. If you like the tours the lady outside by the entrance is very helpful and organised, she organised many tours for me 2 years ago and taxi transfers to airport at good value price. I will be back next year
