Breakfast was not good. Little choice for western, no bacon, cheese etc. Egg chief never smile and Rose is nasty, got up to go to toilet and told me could not come back in as been in already, went for smoke coffee next to breakfast on bench told off again for being 3 foot out side with coffee cup. Baths in rooms need removal as very tall dangerous to get in out, and who has baths now. Nice modern showers with rain head.

Pool and bar, but pool needs service as tired , tiles are slippery and concrete needs recoating around back near elephant. Billi on bar was best person. Swim up rooms great Will come again for 3rd time, even with the bad points still was good time, just could be best

Patong is a big party area, more so than I had imagined. Unfortunately we could hear music or nearby guests into the early hours of the morning which meant it was sometimes difficult to sleep. the location is great for nearby attractions though.

great staff and nice hotel. the pool was great and perfect for when we didn’t fancy going to the beach. we didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Our only negative not anything to do with the hotel or it’s staff was crossing the road. Very busy at times. That being said you couldn’t hear any traffic noise inside the hotel.

We had a very warm welcome from the reception staff, a member of staff took us to our room & explained how to use AC ect. Each morning we were greeted warmly & with a smile by house keeping, the room was always clean & tidy on our return. Breakfast staff, very smiley & chatty (Good English from all staff) We booked trips via the lady outside the hotel, she was very helpful & fair with prices. The hotel was family oriented & quiet. Would highly recommend staying here :)

Water pressure in the shower was very bad, we had to wash hair under the tap. Wi-fi was poor. Strange smell of the room/stale smell.

Every day bed sheets will be changed and new clean towels and free bottles of water will be in the room.

With original booking we had 2 rooms. My husband and I had the spa room which we paid more money but we only atayed their 1 night and moved to a cheaper room because I felt like I had no air and felt claustrophobic, staff were really nice and moved us straight away.Just a question, do we get a refund or credit for this

Bed and pillows were abit uncomfortable. Lots of mosquito the room but was fixed with bug spray bought from 7 eleven. The shower in room is bath tub and the shower head on top which you can switched between. However when you shower instead of bathing in the tub, lots of water flow down onto the bathroom floor due to the design of the bathtub. It was abit inconvenient to keep the floor dry after each shower.

Located in prime location. Walking distance to a few nigh markets, bangala road and patong beach itself. forth. Facilities were good. There was a minor issue in communication between the booking.com and hotel itself but it was resolved quickly. Staff were friendly. The building itself feels authentic and beautiful. They also have an amazing pool.

There is a shuttle to the beach but only once per day. It would be nice to have it more frequently. The breakfast is just standard. Good but not so sophisticated.

Good location. Far from the noisy area but only 10-15 minutes walking to the beach. Easy pickup point for the excursions. Restaurants massage and everything in the close vicinity. Very friendly and helpful staff. Swim-up room is just perfect. Big and clean swimming pool.
