This place is pretty good value for money, for what you get. We had the pool side rooms, and they are great. The trip to Bangla is not far to walk, or a cheap tuktuk ride. Worth a look!!!

Great pool and staff were very friendly. We had an issue with condensation in our room but after talking to the staff we were moved to a better room at no extra charge. Good breakfast offering a different variety each day.

Breakfast just ok - compared to more expensive hotels - reasonable for price. Room was clean but did smell a little musty.

The breakfast could be better, it was okay but nothing special.

The staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Room were a nice size and clean. Pool is nice too. Good location, not far from patong beach or bangala road (10 minute walk). Zindy, the lady outside to sell trips/experience etc was amazing, such a lovely, helpful woman definitely recommend booking anything you need/want to do with her.

Maybe replacing the plastic water bottles provided with glass bottles or having a water dispenser for guest to get water or refill their bottles

Rooms are lovely, we had loads of space even with baby crib, great location, close to the madness but far enough away too. Hard to find fault with this place, the front desk staff are super friendly

the layout of the property was fantastic, being able to access the pool from right outside your door was just the greatest.

The gym area was under construction and gym equipment appeared outdated. The hotel is a little far from the main road, but if u enjoy walking and sight seeing, it shouldn't be a problem

The cleanness can be further improved. There are a lot of mosquitoes around. Must bring mosquito repellent when you spend time outside the room, especially during breakfast. The hotel is about 10-15min walk to the batong beach centre. This distance seems a bit far for us, but during crowded season, this may offer you the quietness for a relaxed stay.

The place has a nice pool. The room is spacious.

there was nothing we didn't like about the Nipa Resort. the only negative was the passing traffic, but that is typical of every main street in Patong.

the style of Nipa Resort reflects the culture of Thailand. My wife and myself were blown away by how lovely the resort is. Just to be staying in such a beautiful establishment like Nipa, regardless of whether one used the facilities, was very satisfying.

Centrally Located. Big rooms. Hotel staff was nice, even breakfast was good. They were short staffed, still they ensured good hospitality. The lady outside the hotel who areanges trips was also very helpful to curate our trip since we had less time in Phuket.
