the beds are a bit hard

we had the pool access rooms, and it was great to just step out side straight into the water. 10 mins walk to banglar Rd 10 min tuk tuk to otop 10 min walk to potong Beach. staff very helpful and accommodating

We liked that it was in a good location but not to far from the beach and night life.Food was very good and the lady selling the excurtion help us a lot.Also the night watchman was alway around making it very safe.

Too few sunbeds, people were "reserving" them from early morning and all day, without actually being there.

Just awfull . Close to nobody speaks english . We left a message on booking ,nobody answerred . We phoned 3 times one day early to announce our arrival at 2am .2 times they answered ,talked in thai and then hung up. We asked the receptionist from our previous hotel cu talk to them about the hour and the extra bed .all good ..when we arrived..surprise ..no extra bed . They said that we didnt paid for it .We couldnt pay through booking so the only way was yo pay cash ..normaly ..when we arrived.but nobody was there to put the bed .one of us slept covered with 2 towels ..also ! we asked for 2 twin and to royal..they gave us 3 royal.... 1 twin.after 1 hour we entered our rooms . Next day ..the air cond in 1 room was not functioning ,also one of the lights was not closing ..we slept without air cond and with light on..we kindly asked to fix it next morning .that was at 10 am ..we came back from the beach at 15 hours and again surprize ..no air cond fixed. The light was stopped.after some shouting in 20 min we had air ..yeeey. At check out in one of our rooms a spoon was missing ! We found it !! Yeey ! Very carefull with their bellongings ..not so much with their customers .

Nice breakfast ,lots of things to choose .interesting pool , spacey rooms .some 10 minutes walk to the beach and also to markets.

My only fault is that the shower is in the bathtub.

The pool access room 1115 is our favourite having stayed twice.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. They sorted everything for us like hiring a bike and organizing a taxi to the airport. The breakfast is also great!

Customers harassing and following us, the staff did not help and minimised the problem. I forgot a bikini at the facility and after calling I was told nobody found it, which is a lie

The pool was nice, but not the staff The room was nice, not huge, view of the street, noisy and could not leave the curtains open. This was definitely one of the worst rooms/position.

Location was close to a main road so, if you get a room near the road it could get a little noisy.

A really nice place to stay. The room was a good size, very comfortable and very clean. The hotel pool was a good size to swim in and always plenty of sun beds to lay on too. A great pool bar too with a daily happy hour (2-5pm) offering 2 4 1 cocktails. In addition to all these great things, the staff were ever so friendly and helpful. Great work Nipa Resort and a BIG thanks from us.

The room was specious and clean. The towels were changed every day. The pool was nice it didn't have sun all day and that is a plus for me. During the day you could seat in the sun or shadow so perfect. Pool bar/restaurant was nice. The food was good, the prices were ok and the stuff were very friendly. In the hotel area you could rent a scooter for a very good price. The location was nice. Few minutes walk to the beach and max 10 minutes walk to Bangla Rd. It is perfect because it was close but still you couldn't here the parties when you sleep. Also closeby there is a lot of street food markets in the evening, shops and restairants. 10/10 highly recommened.

We stayed there for 28 nights, There was no entertainment at all, the internet was nonexistent very poor, we did have a breakfast once at the hotel, and it was very poor, because 90% of the people staying there was from Europe , so why have things for breakfast, like cabbage with onions and bit of carrot , and other dishes like that, when no one in Europe eats things like that for breakfast, or is it a case of well it’s a dish and if we put 9 dishes out with cheap made up stuff, it looks like we have tryed, put those dishes on you pay menu and you won’t sell any.the management will say they will take my comments on board, you have been saying that for years , and you will still do nothing about it, very sad.

The pool was very nice, but I notice that the swim up room was one of about 8 that had sun shining on it, the rooms across from us was always in the shade, They had sun loungers but what was the point if you could never have the sun. The lights in the pool at my end of the pool where I was staying, was not working, or the light bulbs had gone, and was never replaced, lack of maintenance, it seems like it a case of we are not spending any money now the hotel is built, if it shabby so be it, we are caring about the hotel, lost of hart. Very sad.

I had to wait a long time in the lobby to check in it was past 2pm also. They gave you a complimentary visitor, but for the 2nd time, you have to pay 1000 Baht every time you bring someone to come over.

The location was a great, quiet area, no smell, security after hours
