We got upgraded for free and the room was lovely, jacuzzi outside our door wow😍...location was 5mins walk from bangla Rd so a little more peaceful. Pool was great and everything was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again x

The elevator needs urgent impovement as it looks like junk comparing with rest of hotel. Bathroom and bath hubs specially can be updated. The rooms without pool view have miserable sights because a lot of abandoned construction sites around the hotel (I think due to pandemic)

Great quality / price report for this hotel. At 10 minuted walk from Patong beach, in a less noisy area. The rooms were clean and spacious. In my opinion best value for money hotel in the area considering the retreat cozy pool, the fact that hotel is not very big so not very crowded. Close to all the main attractions in Patong area.

The hotel was excellent. Amazing Staff starting with our entrance in the hotel thanks to Mr Kid and others. They make us feel like prince and princess! :) we loved a lot the hotel. The only bad think the check in instead of 2 pm was at 2:30 pm and we had to go to the reception several times to ask when it will be ready, the lady from the reception did not come to us saying that the room was ready or even not informed what time it would be ready. The rest was just perfect! We loved a lot the drinks during the happy hour! Buy 1 another for free. The barista was always very smiling and gentle to all. Thank you!!! For sure we will be back!

Walking distance to beach and everything! Staff was tremendously helpful. The hotel is on main road, but it felt very secluded with the beautiful swimming pool and nice Thai style building. Very relaxed environment.

Everything was great from the location to the rooms the staff and the beds can't say a single negative thing about the resort. One thing I might add is even tho the hotel is located in the city the heath on the streets during day is quit high in the resort area there was always a cool refreshing breeze of wind going trough the resort and the pool area so it never felt as hot as on the city streets.

uncomfortable bed. extremely run down. the bedsheet had dirt on check in day. the room was full of bugs and mosquitos flying everywhere. I asked for them to spray the bugs away which they did but the room stank of it so I couldn’t sleep all night. measures should have been taken before guest arrival. all in all a waste of money for me I was disgusted the whole time and booked this place only for a night through which I didn’t sleep even for a minute. even though my flight was at 6 pm I checked out at 9 am I couldn’t stand to be in this disgusting place.

Excellent staff , we had a pool access room 1121 which is at the far end of pool and very quite it would recommend this room or 1123. Bed very comfy , good buffet breakfast , great staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located across road from Patong hospital, a short walk to Bangla etc , or a 200 baht tuk tuk ride to almost anywhere in Patong beach. Would stay again and recommend.

This is my second time staying at Nipa. We checked in next day of our booking for a deluxe room but they gave us a very different one. We waited for 2 hours to change the room and it was worse with a view of dumpster. So there was nothing to do but to upgrade with extra money. On the day we checked out they doubled our bills up to 4000 Baht and when we asked for the signed bills they said there was an error in the system and it went down to 1200 baht only. Not going back again.

At the restaurant there is no label to tell if the food is halal or not..even the staff do not know so they have to ask the chef One day I woke up at 4 am because of people fighting in the room next to me with the sound of screams and glass break and I asked the reception they told me what do you expect us to do ..they went to them and asked them gently to calm and after 10 minutes they started fighting again

It is dated with some superficial renovations instead of fundamental improvements. The bathrooms exemplify this - shower rail coming away from the wall, water pressure so low you struggle to remove the day’s sand off your body, and cramped location of toilet. As with many hotels, sun beds are limited - a 30 mins grace period for towels “reserving” loungers.

Location is far enough away from the Patong mayhem to be quiet, yet an easy walk to the beach and bars.

1. food for breakfast 2. service in the dining room. The KOI worker speaks rudely. They are not allowed back into the dining room if a person has left the dining room. I ate and didn't drink coffee. I left the dining room, walked to the pool, then returned to the dining room for coffee and the KOI woman did not let me in. She said the second time you can not go. This is what service is. After my explanations and after hearing bad words. I insisted and drank coffee. But the mood was spoiled.

I would have preferred it if the rooms were cleaned properly every day - they were tidied but not cleaned, but this was a minor issue

The breakfasts were different - normally we dont have stir fried veggies and noodles etc for breakfast BUT the food on offer was lovely. The omelettes and fresh fruit to die for! The pool area was always very neat and clean, with Billie on hand to provide excellent service all the time. Our rooms were lovely - big and spacious and the jacuzzi a beautiful bonus!

Staff could use more professionalism. Room smelt like a wet dog. The hotel mentions that they have a gym. Their idea of a gym is 4 pieces of gym equipment from the 80s with a single set of dumbbells shoved into an attic with no AC 😳
