The fridge was very loud.

The personal was very nice, check in and out was super easy and the room was very comfy. Also the location between the beaches is perfect.

Breakfast was a shocker.

Location was great - equidistant between Kata & Karon Beaches. Short work to the bars, restaurants & night market / walking street in Kata. Good size room with a good shower & aircon.

Breakfast is very mediocre.

We got a room upgrade for free, which was great. Room was very big, well equipped and cleaned daily. You can take beach towels, and beach is 5 mins away. Location was very good.

Room we had was small. Small TV. Didn’t change the towels during housekeeping. Didn’t provide toothbrush and paste. Pillow very soft.

New-ish place. Kind staff- nice small pool. Furnishings are well maintained. Helpful with free onsite parking (only one lot in the hotel), provided beach amenities like towel, bag, umbrella.

The room is very clean, the location is convenient, quiet, and close to both the night market and the beach.

Low power aircon that regularly turned off Room was uneven as it was built on a hill and had a ramped floor inside it. Shower room was cramped. It didn't have a balcony, it has a small 'patio' space to dry clothes next to a wall with little sunlight; you can't sit there and it is not a balcony (as advertised). The edge of the bed frame is sharp, and because of the ramped angled floor I kept banging my leg on it

The Location between the both beaches. So you can choose where to go. Hotel offers beach towels and mats. Food, cafe and drinking places around the hotel easy to reach. Supermarkets are around the corner.

Location was great as you had both Karon and Kata beach within walking distance. Also close to the Kata Walking Market for cheap food and drinks

The room was good, however there was a very annoying step (a high one) when entering the bathroom, which we tripped on many times.

The location is amazing. In the exact center between Kamala and Kata beaches.

The staff did not speak very good english, so we communicated with Google Translate.

The hotel location is great! You can easily walk to Karon Beach ou Kata Beach. They provide a bag for you to take to the beach and umbrellas also. It looks like a "party" hotel, but was super quiet and family friendly.

Tiny rooms, in the reality looks smaller then you can get from the photo. No view from the window from GF rooms, you literally see the wall in 1m opposite.

Place in the Kata happening center with a good access to the beach (Kata and Karon are in 10 min walking distance). Fair price for the provided value, good location.

The rooms are way more cramped than the pictures suggest. It wasn't such a problem for just two nights, but it was the smallest room in Thailand we have stayed in thus far.

Overall this is a clean, welcoming hotel with nice staff, and a good location. It's busy outside but we never heard much noise. A reasonable stay overall. The cat is the real star here though!

Breakfast options are a bit limited and the gym is a bit funny as it is also an entrance to the housekeeping room. Equipment is tired and space is limited, so you gotta get creative with your workout :)

Bed wasn't the best IMO, and the pillows are really uncomfortable.

Great place to stay. Modern and new. They provide towels and mats for the beach, which super convenient. Right between Karong and Kata beach
