How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Some street noise and music from the restaurant can be heard in the room, particularly those with a double bed at the front.
Great location, excellent value. Abundant parking. The pool is a nice extra, though has few other facilities. Breakfast is simple, with few choices, but good over all

A very long and hot walk to city centre . Bathroom dated - water from washbasin dripped onto floor ,however there was hot water in the basin which is a first for Thailand. Shower cable not long enough to fit into holder therefore had to hold shower head permanently . The whole place was showing its age .
Large room with reasonable facilities - window , fridge , decent lighting with accessible switches . Lift . Breakfast - some choice but everything quite cold i.e. fried eggs .

A little noisy at times. Next time I'd request an odd numbered room, with two single beds, at the rear of the hotel, rather than an even numbered one, with a double bed, at the front.
Great location, excellent value, especially given the pool. We booked two rooms for our family group, one with a double bed at the front, the other with two singles at the rear of the building. The front room got a little noisy at times due to traffic and music from the ground floor restaurant, but on the whole I got a good sleep. The rear room was a lot quieter according to its occupants, but the beds were very hard. Breakfast was simple, but tasty. There was a good flow of hot water in the shower, which isn't always the case in these cheaper hotels, so that was a plus. On the whole, perfect for as short stay in Korat on a budget.

The hot water in the shower was not working very well and the internet service was frequently disrupted.
The location was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and a good value for the price.

There was no hot water this time but we were told when checking in and for us it wasn’t a problem
It’s very Central close to Train station. The room is a good size. Breakfast is very good considering the price and the staff are always very friendly. It’s always my first choice in Korat

Only the bathroom and breakfast was just ok.
Just 1 night stay. Ok for the price but facilities need an update badly. The bathroom in very poor condition.

Hard and uncomfortable bed. 1st room had bad black mould in bathroom - requested move and 2nd room much better. Traffic noise through the night.
Nice looking hotel near city centre. Good car parking, housekeeping staff very nice! Nice swimming pool, which they didn't mention!

Bed was a bit small for a double.
Central location close to train station. Staff were very nice. The morning room make up staff are a credit to the hotel with their friendly nature. Pool and Breakfast were good too.

Not enough choice for breakfast, nothing fresh. No tea or coffee in room. Very small CUPS.
Staff ok Decor dated but comfortable. Close to cafes and restaurants.

The Decor as this needs updating Workmanship in bathroom very poor. Also as this was Songang the vehicle with large music speckers passed by the hotel the music was so load you couldnt hear the tv in our room. Would not book this hotel during Songang week.

Every thing was very poor and have had much better places for same price unfortunately.
Not much to like about this place Aircon was poor so bad that they changed our room but it didn't make any difference had to have aircon on maximum all night. Very dated hotel would never stay there again and would not recommend. Seasoned travelers and we were not expecting the Hilton but this one was 1 * Martin New Zealand
