How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Very polite staff. Perfect stay before morning flight. Lots of street food choices and 711 within 40 metre walk. 8 min stroll to DM airport. Great value. So clean. Typical Thailand venue, really great.

It's okay. Nothing special, but no complaints.
Of course the major bonus here is the location so close to the airport and train lines.

Nothing bad I can say about this place. Its budget and perfect for what it is.
this is a perfect stay if you need a clean and comfortable budget stay close to the airport. We stayed one night. It was super clean everywhere. Staff was helpful and welcoming. bed was comfortable enough and there were tea, coffee toasts and snacks you could help yourself to. You can walk to the airport in 5 minutes.

The location of this hotel is very good, only 5 minutes walk we have arrived at the don mueang airport. Very clean, the staff is also good, there are a lot of places to eat around the hotel, of course we will come back to stay here.

The room was clean, comfortable, good a/c, clean bathroom. The staff was very kind. Complimentary water, coffee and biscuits was a plus. We stayed for one night as we had an early flight to catch and it was great and good value for money. A convenient 5-10minute walk from the airport. There is a 7-11 and nice little cafe next door for a snack/dinner.

Nothing much. It was a very short stay.
Super clean and the sole staff is helpful despite most communications are by body language and gestures rather than actual words. Stayed here to catch an early flight at the airport, so the location is convenient for that.

This place surprised us A LOT! Walking distance from airport terminal, fantastic wifi, and areas to work remotely 24/7! Rooms were clean. Perfect place to stay on overnight layover at DMK. Staff was also extremely nice!

Rather limited places to eat at in the one evening we were there we but found some cheap basis meals in a nearby cafe to see us through
Got exactly what we expected for the money we paid for it. Cheap and basic for one night only right next the airport ready for the morning flight without worrying about transport and traffic congestion from a hotel to the airport . Make your own basic breakfast in a shared kitchen area was ideal for a quick getaway

No lift so need to carry bags up the stairs, but can't expect that at this price point.
Simple hotel, suffices for a transit stay. Friendly and courteous staff, helpful with bags.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but ok for one night.
The reception stayed open very late, as our flight was delayed. Receptionist very friendly and helpful.

near the airport, but if you have a heavy luggage and you are a woman, you will not be able to cross the bridge and it is better to take a taxi 🚕 , there is nowhere to eat nearby, not a single normal restaurant/canteen

no window in my room but made no difference as I was only there at night.
perfect location for an airport stay… easy to walk up the stairs and across to the airport (so long as you can carry your bags up). free tea/coffee/toast - even better! Comfortable room and close to a 7/11 and restaurants.
